Tesco Mobile Castle Lane Bournemouth. Fantastic service at the Tesco Mobile store, sorted a new iphone for my Mum and upgraded the families phones (4) SIM only deals.....got more data and minutes for less money. Johnny especially helpful and great customer service skills...explained the deals and recommended a new phone ideal for my Mum.....many thanks Julian

Staff in phone shop are always welcoming and helpful, always professional and efficient. They have endless patience with customers who are not totally au fait with computer systems/electronics. Never disappointed.

Its as shame that on taking my 86 year old mother into buy a new mobile phone, the three lads in the mobile phone shop were totally disinterested, hardly bothering to acknowledge us, blatantly leaving a new colleague, who being new, had limited knowledge, to assist her. It was obvious but even she said that they weren't interested in an old lady buying the cheapest, least technical phone and package. Left a bad taste !
