Inefficient, don't really know what is going on, always take twice the amount of time they tell you to fill a prescription. I'm pretty sure this pharmacy is a shining example of what can be fixed with the NHS.

Useless, got a prescription for morphine as an emergency in case my girlfriend has another painful episode and they gave her codeine when she already had a pack of it from spending last night in a&e... can the pharmacy department at the JR not read?

Absolutely amazing place with amazing people. They provide a first class and unbeatable service to patients, staff and visitors alike. I worked there for five years so I was very privileged to see first hand the professionalism, expertise and compassion that each plays a role in making this place such a great success. Truly the nicest people that you could meet.

I was admitted to the Maternity Assessment unit and needed a prescription but as the pharmacy closes at 5pm, I had to make the 2 hour round trip back the next day to collect it… bearing in mind that I am heavily pregnant (2 days away from my due date), it was pretty inconvenient to say the least… on top of that I had to wait over an hour for the prescription to be ready even though it had been sent to them the previous day. Recommend they find a way of sending prescriptions to a patient’s local pharmacy or have the pharmacy open later than 5pm!!

Absolutely disgusting my daughter in law has been waiting since eleven o clock this morning she finally got her prescription at half past eight tonight ,she has two small children and suffers from epilepsy this should never be allowed to happen appalling
