Never on time never answer their phone and most staff quick and untidy. All the good carers leave as they are also treated terribly. Would not recommend carewatch to anyone who needs care.

Disgusting office staff and management.Speak and treat you badly. They don't care about you or sevice users.Been working there 4 years but no more things just get worse.Not to be recommended.

Company is a joke. Can't schedule calls for users properly, expect carers to start at 6 in the morning until 11 at night with no breaks. Absolutely disgusting. Hope your company goes bust and a decent care company takes over the service.

My wife worked for this company and they drove her to exhaustion. So much so she had to leave. There is no care for there staff which is ironic?! The man management of staff is non existent. This is why there is a high turn over of staff. Which then impacts on the people that need the care,
