Booked in for an MOT at Halfords and was given a huge list of things that needed fixing for just over £1,000. Got my two front tyres changed and booked in with Will at Chelmsford Autos the next day. MOT completed quickly and just a light bulb needed changing. Very fast, friendly and excellent service - thank you Chelmsford Autos, saved me a lot of money!

I was distraught when I got quotes from other garages saying I’ll have to wait for over 1 month, and it will cost around £300 - £500 to clear my Range Rover’sDiesel Exhaust (DPF), but the gentlemen at Chelmsford Autos helped to sort it out at a much quicker appointment and quite cheaper quote too!!I’m extremely pleased with their services and they will be my mechanic henceforth.Thanks.From,Shakeerat

My Car broke down outside my house they came out with a trailer to recover it the mechanic looked at my car an showed me the problem. a broken cambelt and a bit of metal sticking outside of the engine, he gave me an idea of how much it would cost and would it be cost effective doing it. I decided not to go ahead.. I offered to pay for his time coming out to see me with the trailer but he would not take it.. he is a honest man and when I get my next car I will definitely take it to him..
