Worse dentist I've ever experienced so far. Unprofessional, won't own up to a mistake and fix it. Had an extraction, refuse to admit they left tooth in then the dentist proceeded to try and flick out what was left behind with no pain relief and said sorry just trying my luck" and when doing an X-ray

Luckily, I didn't have to have a major treatment however, the staff at the reception is not polite and not helpful at all. Therefore I had to cancel my registration with the practice.

Nice warm welcoming to the dentist, friendly, other dentists I been too are noisy and don’t smile. Hard sometimes going to the dentist but West Green have a lovely team vibe which I noticed. They don’t rush you like others and are patient and actually listen to you and acknowledge you. Thank you. Managed to get seen via private at a affordable price compared to others are high prices. Unsure why staff at desk weren’t wearing uniform?? Didn’t look professional and wearing a lot of jewellery

Visited the practice on 18th Nov, shocked with the overall experience, the had a patient coming back to complain and they left me on the chair to deal with it and didn't come back l, i had to just leave the practice in the end without any treatment

First off, everything looks good but The doctor does not have the necessary experience to make a diagnosis.There is no assurance of disinfection.For no good reason to get more cost from the nhs they took a mold of my tooth and gave me a useless piece of plastic.My tooth hurts more after the filling and it got worse. I don't prefer to go back there

I have attended this outstanding practice to recover my teeth from neglect and fear. What makes this practice is the exceptional team. I had four extractions yesterday, totally petrified, but this team managed me amazingly. The dentist, Ewa, is brilliant; I would not go anywhere else. John, who has done my fillings in the run-up to this day, is just a craftsman, and Natalie, who adds professional humour and management to things, is the perfect package. These people are the A team.Thank you all for your help and care.I highly recommend this dentist without reservation especially for nervous patients.

I just moved to Crawley recently and had my first check up and follow up treatment with the dentist. I never ever thought in my life that I'm going to write a review for a dentist clinic but Ewa and Rose were so great that I must let people know that you hesitate to visit. The two ladies were very professional with a great sense of humour. They were very polite and helpful and explained all the options i could have. Highly recommended. Thank you Ewa and Rose.
