I had been getting severe migraines for over 5 weeks and the doctors could not figure out why, I had a 1 hour appointment with David and I’m now completely pain free! He discovered some tightness and knotting in my left shoulder and completely resolved my issue. I woke up the next morning feeling absolutely amazing and I highly recommend these guys to anyone. Great treatment, David really takes care to learn about any injuries you have and the activities you do beforehand. Very accommodating - I could adjust the room temperature and adjust the level of the massage. I left feeling very relaxed but also like I got all my knots out. Would recommend!

Went for a consultation and massage with David regarding my ongoing sciatica. Really helpful and knowledgeable, back feels a lot better today (the day after) and the exercises/stretches are already helping. Would definitely recommend.

I have a curved twisted spine that is fused, because of this, shoulder and pelvis are also very troublesome and painful. For the past 30 years I have tried every treatment possible. Two years ago I found the Muscle Clinic. The relief I have gained by the deep muscle/tissue massage and exercise tips suggested, have eased the pain more than any other treatment I have tried. 5 starsDave and Charlotte are excellent masseurs. They identify any issues and carry out massage treatments to aid respite and recovery. They are knowledgeable and approachable and help with practical advice on how to carry out your own rehabilitation between sessions with them.They are also accommodating in massaging both me and my wife in one session.We always feel revitalised after every session!

I first visited the clinic in 2016 seeking help with a lower back injury and general muscle tightness. David was very knowledgeable and provided me with outstanding treatment, soon after a few sessions an injury that had been troubling me for around a year was fixed! (I had previously sort treatment elsewhere which did not seem to help).I no longer live in Plymouth, however I have recently traveled the 320 mile round trip to visit the clinic for treatment and would not go anywhere else.A very clean, professional and calm atmosphere. - I fully reccomend the Clinic to anyone seeking good quality treatment at fair prices.Thank you so much for your help.- Ryan
