For the price, this was excellent value. The room was spotless and modern, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the locals were very friendly and entertaining. We had a great time. The kitchen wasn't open the evening that we stayed but there was a place next door that serves good food, so it wasn't an issue. Would definitely stay again.

Came on Saturday night for a one night visit.Very friendly staff, nothing too much trouble.The included breakfast was a really good cooked breakfast .The rooms seem like they have been newly refurbished to a good standard. Really comfortable bed.Although we were upstairs and a lively bar was below, we hardly heard a thing when we got back to the room.Would 100% recommend a stay here

Just had family in for tea and was really impressed with the pub after 20 years away from the area great food ,lovely beer garden and a nice atmosphere will definitely be in more often now I'm home

Stopped at Railway Crossings for the Tall Ships in Hartlepool. Easy access via buses to Hartlepool. Staff and owners are absolutely fabulous nothing is too much trouble for any of them. Great atmosphere and regulars are really nice aswell. Rooms very clean, food is fabulous. Will definitely be returning.

My mum and I had a great two night stay here. Can’t recommend it highly enough. The staff were lovely, so helpful and accommodating. The rooms were nicely done with everything you need. The food was delicious (e.g. perfect fried egg sandwich for breakfast, fantastic fish and chips, and sponge puddings). We’ll definitely be booking again!

We enjoyed our stay here . The owners and staff were really friendly and helpful . The B&B side of The Railway Crossings has only been up and running for a few weeks, and the room we stayed in was lovely and modern with a really comfy bed and a great shower also spotless. Nice outdoor area and the food both in the afternoon and the breakfast on the morning was tasty and well cooked .There was karaoke on in the evening we were staying, and all the locals made us feel very welcome . Would recommend.
