I ordered goods and paid for it by bank transfer it has been a month since payment was made and no delivery nor refund. Would not even reply to my emails anymore. Well will issue proceedings to recover my money. Stay away not worth the agro.

Terrible. Bought an LED panel in February 2020 which was damaged on arrival. They accepted a return and stated that they attempted collection a few times (despite no evidence of this and someone being present each time to provide the item to the delivery company).Finally agreed in October 2020 for them to pay postage and for me to return it to them on the promise that they will refund me, but since the return of the item to them, constant emails and a call to their store, I am still out of pocket.

Ordered plaster in led strips complete wrong parts turned up had to drive 180 mile round-trip as plasterer and Sparky are on site and can’t go forward with that work until these items are corrected owner offered me £40 compensation that doesn’t even cover the fuel. Avoid ordering over the phone.
