Totally crooked! Be extremely careful just to get a quote!I booked online for installing aerial for a newly developed house, they phoned back and said they could arrange an inspection today, I double confirmed it would be free then gave them a go-ahead.The moment the builder arrived, they requested £49+VAT fee for diagnose of 'why TV not working'. I said no need, I already told you: 'no aerial'. He tried to threaten me that if I was not sure, they were going to charge £180+VAT/hour to fix it later. I said I was sure, now please provide the free quote. He told me it would be £286+VAT for installation of aerial and connection with ONE tv. If I wanted the whole house covered, it would be £295+VAT additional. I apologised to him for it was much higher than our expectation as we were only going to live there for a month more thus more than £700 just to watch TV was not sensible. He agreed then took out a form for my signature, I thought it was a proof for his work to show his company. It was much worse than that, it was to authorise the commencement of the works that I had already rejected!!At my refusal of providing my signature, he suddenly said he was told that I had agreed to a payment of £65+VAT on the phone earlier and they have the recording. I said I had NOT agreed to such thing, I double checked it would be free. He argued they were premium company, there was no free lunch in the world blablabla. I said: PLAY THE RECORDING TO ME OR YOU WILL NOT GET ANY MONEY. Of course he refused and left furiously.STAY AWAY FROM THIS CROOKED COMPANY!! WORST of the WORST!

Rip off company!! Some of they're scams were just on tv for the second time ''WATCHDOG BBC 1 ROUGE TRADERS'' . Check it out !!

They did ask me to leave my previous job to go work with them and they sent a contract to sign and they took all my informations etc. And promised me they will look after me and they will give me a better salary rate and then after I left my job they never back to me again and they never gave me any work and I couldn’t even speak to they guy who promised me and he was the main reason to leave my job( Barnes gorge) I’m going to report them.But be careful looks like this a scam company.

This company are a complete rip off and do not complete the job properly they charged £90 just to put in an extension lead instead of What we asked which was a new aerial point. This did not work called them back they charged another £58 just to tell us we had plugged into The tv instead of the talk talk box which they hadn't explained in the first place the engineer was patronising and spent most of the time on the phone 're another job. Appalling service.

Before they eventually turned up (a day late), I received a phone call saying the quoted price had increased by £25 and I had to accept the increase before they arrived (or they wouldn't arrive). Then when the engineer did arrive he refused to do the work because the CCTV system was not new. Actually, half of it was brand new and had never been installed. He couldn't care less that they had fitted the other half only a year ago in another of my premises. Aerial Force aka TV Aerial Company need to employ proper staff, the one that serves Devon is useless. I asked them to send another fitter and I have heard nothing more from them. I guess the first one 'owns' the area. If you haven't committed yourself to these cowboys, try a few others first. There are plenty other fitters out there.
