Why is it awesome working here…For starters... From the actual work point of view, targets are achievable, healthy commission with no caps, flexible working, professional development is always on offer, as the team gets a training budget plus face to face time with the CEO. With the customers themselves, no customer is the same & I get to work with some fascinating projects. Just in the last few years I've deployed 121 schemes, delivered Google Workspace training, full wireless refreshes and challenged a few different sites on their security with dark web monitoring and pen testing.From every other aspect - absolutely fabulous workforce - This is the best aspect for me. We all operate on the same level professionally and personally. There is no “workplace drama” at all and everyone is incredibly interesting. We have folks who love comic books, construction projects, all manner of music tastes and everyone is super friendly. We also have understanding and compassionate senior management, knowledgeable technical team. Not to mention that we have awesome perks such as CBA days & monthly social gatherings too!I have immensely enjoyed the last 8 years of employment and I'm thoroughly looking forward to what the future brings. 100% would recommend working here!

Used Haptic networks to check our networking environment to ensure we had everything configured correctly. Found a few tweaks that could be made and provided all the technical assessments for us to make the decision ourselves. Haptic Networks delivered Oswestry School a Googe Voice Phone system. This has allowed the school to become flexible regarding telephone calls. The mobile/PC app functionality allows calls to be taken off-site while reducing the need for Desk phones on-site.Additionally, they have provided the school with a cloud-based monitoring system (securly), allowing us to conform with the DFE's online safety policies. They also supplied the school with a Dark Web" monitoring tool free of charge.Overall an excellent company to deal with excellent sales and technical support methods to its customers."
