The most caring company I've found in England !There are a lot of good things to say about this company, starting from the carers, their ability to always maintain the standards high and put love and passion in what they do is incredible. The management is always actively giving support to both the carers and the people and ensures that everyone feels welcomed. The atmosphere of happiness is tangible, I couldn't recommend them enough !

I've been working for Compass Home Care for 3 years nowThey always try their best to make clients and employees happy and comfortable.I really appreciate working with my colleagues and my managers. Having worked in the care sector in the UK for over 15 years when I started work with Compass! I not only had the best experience of caregiving and support but also the people I worked alongside were so special, the clients and the team built such special bonds. My eldest daughter is severely disabled with MS and receives 24/7 care from Compass Homecare. Our trust in Luke, Sandra and their excellent staff is such that I've been able to leave all the responsibility for Em's care in their hands while I had major surgery in London. Thanks to them I can now have a relaxed recovery. They deserve more than 5 stars.

I am so happy we were recommended Compass Homecare. Sandra worked really hard to place a suitable carer for my mother, and Jazz is brilliant. She really cares about my mother, and always thinks of ways to help her and make her day better. Jazz turns up reliably on time, cooks lovely meals, and helps my mother find interesting things on her tablet. I cannot fault Jazz or Compass Homecare, and feel they all work really hard to provide an excellent service. Much, much better than any other care agency we have encountered in the area. Thanks Jazz, Sandra and Luke.
