Second time using this service and second time a happy customer. The guys just moved a treadmill for us which was quite heavy and very awkward to move but they did a fantastic job navigating between and around door frames. The guys themselves were lovely as well so I would highly recommend using their services

Second time using Bolt Removals. We've used a lot of removal companies in the past. But these have got to be the best! Absolutely delighted.- They are flexible in terms of arrangements. We had a simultaneous exchange and completion on a house move fall through, and they were willing to move everything to a storage unit instead the first time we used them.- Really friendly down to earth people yet very professional in the actual work- Competitive pricing- Got on with it and didn't feel guilty not helping them (meant we could conserve our energy unpacking, constructing, etc)- take good safety precautions, wrapping TVs, etc, placing rugs downI've recommended them to people already, and to be honest, so long as they keep this up, if we have any more need of removal services, I will be using them again!

In a word, perfect. From initial quote to final unload the team where phenomenal. Every stage of our house move was made easier by Bolt! The video consultation with Alex was so helpful - he was professional, friendly and knowledgeable and made us feel at ease and confident in their service. Julian and Ana-Maria were so helpful leading up to the completion date, and this was so reassuring when everything else was so hectic. The team who helped us move - Danny, Christian and Catalin were simply amazing - they got everything packed and unpacked so quickly but carefully, and as soon as we had the keys they met us at the new house. They shared in our excitement for our new home and made sure everything was left where we needed it to make unpacking boxes as painless as possible! My friend said to me ‘good removal people make you feel like a spare part’ and it was exactly that in the best way - they couldn’t have done more for us! Who knew that the least stressful day of moving would be moving day itself - but Bolt made sure it was!! Thank you so much to the team - we would 100% recommend!

The service was absolutely fantastic! The flat we were moving in was quite awkward to get to, but the guys were more than happy to help! Got everything in the van really fast. Their service went above and beyond what we were expecting. Will definitely be using them again next time we move.

Bolt were amazing - I am so grateful for their hard work to move us out and in to our new house. They were very careful with all of our items whist still being fast and efficient. I wouldn't use anyone else for moving things!!

I cannot speak more highly of the Bolt team. From the initial quote to the final pick up of empty boxes, they were all amazing. Quick, professional, friendly, positive, kind and helpful. They emptied an extra storage unit for us in addition to the four vans we originally hired and delivered everything very quickly, and did not charge any extra. The packing and disassembly service was a life saver. I wholeheartedly recommend them. I also appreciated that they do not constantly harass over the phone and email like many other companies trying to get business.

I would definitely recommend Bolt removals for a stress free move. They were cheerful, friendly and efficient. They dismantled and reassembled two large wardrobes which I had thought I would have to leave behind. Great service
