With 2 thumb fractures and a torn ligament, I am so glad I found Rachael Bamford on an internet search - she beautifully complemented the exercises I had received from my NHS hospital physio. Rachel is helping me greatly with these - she took time to explain how to do them correctly (I'm so grateful for that); is also helping me address swelling management and has given me other beneficial exercises too. Also, she introduced me to brilliant helping hand strapping which I otherwise wouldn't know about. I was so pleased with my appointment - a real find - she was also generous with her time.
