Sold me defective cans with holes in them that leaked all over my bag! Ruined all my clothes and had to throw them out because the stains were so severe! Would not recommend

We asked about a specific alcohol we wanted to try unfortunately at the time they did not have it, but I gave them my number, they called today letting me know they have found it for us. Used to enjoy trips to this store. Staff were always friendly to baby and they sell great US imported products. Despite being a regular customer of these higher priced items they didn't feel it necessary to replace our latest purchase (insisting we email the American company directly) which when opened tasted completely stale.It's my birthday in less than a week, an occasion that usually sees us purchase a vast amount of the same product. Instead, because one item could not be replaced as a goodwill gesture (as a manager myself I know that this is always an option when you respect the customer and want to value their custom to your establishment) we will no longer shop here at all. As others have said it appears they will go above and beyond as they are always friendly, however when it comes to money the facade comes down. Very disappointing.In response to the reply. It is not difficult to sort out when a regular, honest and loyal customer shops with you. Also staff were quick to use the manufacturing excuse and didn't check for a physical fault such as a hole in the packaging which could well have been caused on your end. We actually wanted to bring them back in case more packets were damaged and would affect your business.It's okay to suggest contacting the manufacturer but for heaven's sack they are in America and will not deal with us so as the supplier it is your responsibility to inform them and put it right. You had no intention of telling the manufacturer yourself as no information was taken from the packet and instead you told us TO TAKE THEM BACK AND SHARE THEM WITH FAMILY! One person didn't want to eat them. They were faulty, not edible. It wasn't a preference on taste. I would have respected you more if you'd have at least tried them yourself but you are clearly ignorant to what the problem even was.You are very quick to ask us to come and spend our money back in your store when no solution was made and if the same thing happened again shame on us because we might as well throw money away. Neither I, my family or my in-laws will be returning to store.My birthday has come and gone, the treats we'd usually buy were this year purchased on Amazon and I must admit tasted far superior than any we bought in this store, so maybe this was a blessing in disguise. I'd recommend other buyers check best before dates.

Watch out for your deals in this shop mostly out of date drinks and poor customer service they should state if somethings out of date but instead put them on a shelf and say that that there on special offer.When confronted he was saying he told me that they were out of fat which is a complete lie! Avoid this shop if possible

Do not trust these people with cash and always count your change. As it's not right!For the sake of £1 you have lost a customer. Thanks for the rip off!
