Been cruising many times Booked a cruise on azura p&o total of 9 of us we were the only ones to pay extra to have a sea view cabin when we were allocated our cabin realised the only view we would be able to see was the middle of alifeboat no natural light certainly no view of any sea Deck 8 605 we rang the company loads of times prior to going on our cruise to try to change room even to downside to inside room they promised to ring back but never did and when we eventually spoke to a manager on the way to our hoilday she claimed the ship was full yet you could still go on their site to book for the same cruise this has totally spoiled our hoilday as it was for a special celebration no way would they help or try to change room even before we set foot on the ship we are looking to bbok a group cruise in jan 24 but will never book with this company again

Ruth at Cruise.co.uk has always been extremely knowledgeable and helpful, even during our transfer mishaps in Asia. Notwithstanding this little hiccup, would recommend Cruise.co.uk to anyone.

He unravelled our original booking, arranged a replacement booking for this year and arranged the refund on the first cruise. All done with great politeness and efficiency. A credit to the company.
