Ive got to say Steven Hughes the instructor was fantastic delivering the smsts course , he actually explains everything you need to know and if you don’t understand it he stops and goes through it with you so you understand it, 10 out of 10 , thank you so much Steve look forward to doing more courses with you.

Whilst the process itself is fairly uncomplicated, when you are a specialist business many of the questions become challenging to answer. I called the assessor to discuss, but no response despite leaving a voicemail. That said, my application was approved within 15 mins of submitting additional information. Maybe the communication could be improved, where issues can be discussed. I represent a group of businesses that all fall under the Group entity. All policies are applicable to app part of the business, but i was asked to ensure the name of the business was included within the policy statement. This would mean including 40 different businesses on the policy. not really practical.

Really enjoyed the SMSTS 5 day zoom course, Steven was a good training instructor and delivered the course well, and kept it all interesting , with good interaction.

I recently took part in a SSSTS course delivered by zoom, the 2 day course was structured and excellently delivered. informative and interesting. correspondence and information from Tracy was excellent and the tutor Steve was first class.I have already booked another training day for all my staff and will use again in the future

I booked the STSMS course through SMAS this time having recently completed the Worksafe accreditation. Due to personal reasons I was looking to see if the course was available as remote delivery and was happy to see that SMAS offered this. It was also the most cost effective version of the course that I was able to find which was an added bonus. I was skeptical as to how the course would work with the team exercises and assessment presentation, but this was catered for through virtual break-out rooms and screen sharing. I was particularly impressed with course tutor Steve Hughes, who's engaging manner and humor complimented his fantastic subject knowledge and delivery skills. He utilized regular comfort breaks and light hearted friendly banter between us all to keep us engaged, happy and in the perfect frame of mind to absorb the large amount of information we needed to learn. Fantastic course extremely well delivered. Thanks
