I have recently moved to the area and I used Bairstow Eves to find a rental property. The team have been really helpful during this time. Jayne was my initial contact and was helpful with the process and paperwork. Probably the best letting agency from my experience6 months after renting with Bairstow Eves update:I still stand by what I've said before, however we are extremely disappointed with our property manager. Everytime I interact with them, I feel like I'm being constantly ignored and I have to remind them about my existence. We've submitted an emergency issue, and it took a long time for them to respond. They never keep us updated, we have to call them twice or more to ask about the situation. Absolutely disappointing. Hope it will be as good as their sales/letting team.

Very pleased to say Isabel Anthony who works for Maintenance and Repairs department is a real asset to the company. When she promises to do something she does it in a prompt time frame, and reports back to the landlord in a very efficient and friendly manner. I contacted Bairstow Eves to get some information on renting out my property. As a newbe to this, I needed as much information as I could get! Jade came to my property and explained in detail the process and money side of it too. She was really helpful as have Kieren and Oliver, and they have all answered my many questions and reassured me along the way! My review is from a property maintenance perspective. I have been dealing with Izzy Anthony about a few repairs and she has been absolutely brilliant from start to end. Super speedy to reply, always very profession and friendly and goes above and beyond to get things done. Izzy arranged for a contractor to come out to look at my Patio doors and Ryan was brilliant. Again he was very professional and polite but really friendly and chatty and made me feel really at ease. He explained everything he was doing and made a huge effort to get the issue resolved on site rather than arrange another visit. Brilliant customer service all round. Thank you!
