Fantastic!!! Russell does a great job with the grooming of my 3 dogs.i have a dog that is anxious of men but nows gets groomed by Russell with no problems. Very grateful to him for that as he wouldn't go with anyone else. He picks them up and brings them back and has the cheapest prices I have found. He gets booked quickly so I always book in advance. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Took 3 weeks to reply to me for an appointment and then cancelled it and then 3 weeks later moved it to another date expecting me to be available at the new date and time. Communication is poor - ultimately has an effect on dogs waiting for a groom.Then after leaving this review being insulted on messenger by the owner about not being a decent person.
