Wouldn't even give it one star, lucky i don't go and phone trading standards. my girlfriend took her phone here as it had broken. The guy said that the screen was broken and it had water damage and wanted £150. I went down and took the phone off him and took it to another shop who had informed me that the phone had no water damage and the screen was perfectly fine. T he problem with the phone was the charger port and would cost no more than £40. If a business thinks it is acceptable to pray on the vulnerable or the naive in my girlfriends case then they should be boycotted and shut down. If it wasn't against the law i would knock him out. Idiot.

Completely ripped me off, took £270 to fix laptop screen and said he would phone me back next week. It's been 3 weeks now and when I've called him twice he's fobbed me off. Reporting to Trading Standards as we speak. Can't give no stars unfortunately, the guy is a grade A scammer

Went in today to buy my son a new phone as problems with his, brilliant service and came out with a £15 wireless charger that solved the problem. Highly recommend.

I got a samsung phone from here and worked great for half a day then the battery is dying at 50% and been trying to get hold of him been going his shop for over a week and he hasn't been open fair enough something might of hapoend but you phone up his number and you can't even leave a message joke place this

If I could give 0 stars I would.Sold my husband a old Samsung phone yesterday told him it just needed to charge. 2 hours later it was overheating so I called the shop to see what can be done the guy was so rude towards me.My husband took the phone back to swap it and he put the broken phone back in the window!Second phone he said was unlocked and it wasn't told my husband he would text him the code to sort it....he didn't giving my husband some poor escuse.Plus side he managed to get a refund. Never going back there again

Had my phone for over 6 weeks, went in with water damage, told me £100 be ready within the day, I eventually got my Samsung 5g phone back to find out it now has a 4g mother board inside and can't use certain apps etc. He tried charging me £150 on collection the cheeky sod

This man doesn’t deserve any stars after what he did to my phone. First time I went there my screen fell out and he asked £50 and would give me a new screen. After he supposedly fixed it , my screen wasn’t fitted tightly as it should! I then went there the 2nd time and complained about my camera not focusing properly, he then had the nerve to ask me for £20? I walked out and kept quiet. Just a few days I went in again for the third time I still wasn’t happy with my phone and told him I paid a lot of money for this to be fixed, he became all irritated when I told him and told me to come back after 30mins. I came back after , he was telling me a lot of excuses of chassis and all that malarkey ! He then asked for my pin to open my phone whilst rushing me to change my phone to Haptic Touch. Mind you, when I brought my phone in, my lock and home button were working fine before he touched my phone! I said what is going on with my phone he ignored me and focused on two other gentlemen. This person is a scammer and truly ripped me off! I will never recommend anyone to come here to get your items fixed! I’m looking for ways to report this for the poor customer service I got from this person. How he treated me was truly appalling! I never felt so humiliated in front of people after I paid soo much for nothing!

What kind of tech company loses its website, obviously because of the bad reviews google have linked to it.Terrible attitude and another story of This shop taking advantage of a vulnerable person, 68 year old woman (my mother In law) took her phone into the shop after they’d already replaced the screen on the first visit and on a 2nd visit the speaker (couldn’t do it on first visit) on an iPhone 6s, after the speaker had been replaced the fingerprint stopped working so she took it back, she was told it wasn’t their fault and wanted another £55 to repair what they broke taking it apart last time,they refused to fix the phone. I do feel sorry for him though as the phone was a gift from my daughter to her grandmother, she’s just completed her masters in law, whilst she was studying she also worked for the citizens advice bureau, and she’s not happy! I’d expect an awful lot of grief coming their way very soon, they may have sent a granny off with a flea in her ear, dont Think that will work with the next visit they get. Keep clear of this shop if you want your phone to work. I wonder what councillor Buckley will think of them treating old people this way.

He had no change so he expected me to run all the way to another shop and ask for some change, further more the customer service was poor with the use of imperatives GIVE me £30" "TAKE it away" which seemed a bit daunting. When I asked for a new screen
