This estate agent is unreliable. I had a viewing appointment in Hayes, and the agent was 30 minutes late, citing traffic. After waiting for another 30 minutes, the agent didn’t show up. I called again, and their colleague said they would arrive in 2 minutes, but even after 5 minutes, the agent still didn’t show up.What a waste of my time!

All the staff are very polite and professional. Any time I came across a problem, they were always on hand to make sure that issue was resolved as quickly as possible, the service was fantastic. As well as this, they make sure that the process of finding and housing tenants is as smooth as possible. I would definitely recommend these guys!
