I believe the above church is responsible for the upkeep of the Alms houses on reddish Rd. Why is the building work that has been undertaken on these properties been allowed to be done in such a shoddy manner. Furthermore why has the garden area become a place for residents to dump their broken fridge freezers. Someone needs to address these issues or a more competent person needs to be appointed.
