I want to thank the whole team at Neville for making such a difficult time for our family that little bit easier. From start to finish, they were incredibly professional, happy to accommodate our wishes and consistently communicated updates to us every step of the way. What really stood out was how carefully they explained every step of the process (multiple times) and made sure to double check all details along the way. They were a constant support throughout the planning process and were responsible for giving my Dad the send off he deserved. A special mention goes to Phil and David who arranged everything.

Very professional service from first contact to transportation of the family to the wake. Compassion showed by everybody, particularly Becky, Carl and Peter. Used Neville's after the passing of my mum recently. The service we received from start to finish was outstanding. The day of the cremation ran very smoothly thanks to Neville's attention to detail. My heart felt thanks to all the staff.

First experience at having to organise a funeral, but Adam at the Bedford branch was amazing. The whole process was smooth and we were guided through all the legal requirements. Adam answered my call when I first made contact to arrange collection of my mum from the nursing home, and was there all the way through the organising and when I collected her ashes after. We had a simple funeral service as my mother would have wanted, and at no time were we made to feel that we should have more. On the day of the funeral we were all complete novices but the funeral director; Carl was very professional and patient with us, advising and guiding us in to the chapel. We did not get to thank Carl on the day. Vanessa was appointed to conducted the service and did so beautifully. Thank you Adam and Carl, you were both very professional, compassionate and made a stressful occasion as smooth as posible. We would definitely use Neville Funeral Service again but hopefully not too soon.

It was the second time this year we had used Neville’s in Bedford for a family funeral. I cannot praise them enough.
