Staff are so friendly,and they have lots of products that you can't get from near by shop, highly recommend.

A five star surgery in my opinion. Staff are friendly and helpful, help is always there when needed. In these days of constant complaints it’s important to point out the good. Well done, keep up the good work ☺️

The Medical Centre itself is a VERY LARGE building situated just off the main road.By CAR it is accessed from Earnsheugh Road. The Medical Centre access road is on a small hill which leads down to the Medical Centre's Car Park.On FOOT it can be accessed from a NUMBER of directions. The Foot & Cycle Path from Cove Road; The Footpath from Loirston Avenue; The Pavement on Medical Centre access road.The building itself contains the G.P. Surgery & also an NHS Dental Surgery.Friendly, helpful Administrative staff; an EXCELLENT team of Nurses & numerous G.P.'s who see registered patients at BOTH this (Cove) Medical Centre & also Kincorth Medical Centre.There is a LARGE Car Park which has many spaces & is for the EXCLUSIVE USE of Patients attending the Medical Centre. There is also a separate smaller Staff Car Park.BUT parking is a problem EVERY weekday from approximately 2.30pm until 3.30pm!! So, if you have an appointment at that time I advise you to allow PLENTY of time to wait for a space.This is due to the UNAUTHORISED use of the Medical Centre car park by people who park in the spaces and then wait for their kids coming out of nearby Loirston Primary School!!!!

I really cannot fault this surgery. Each and every staff member I've spoken to has been so kind, helpful and pro active (a very rare find these days!) Well done guys! 10/10

I changed to Cove after 35 years at my old GP surgery and from the moment I joined the help I have received is absolutely first class. Everyone is so welcoming and the doctors go out of their way to help you.

Consistently giving my wife prescriptions containing penicillin which she allergic too, yet again today same thing.

The doctors had a form of mine that was to be signed, it took them over two weeks to do and ended up having to reschedule my hospital appointment. They dont seem to care

Claire is a very lovely helpful Receptionist. A credit to your practice. So helpful and the nicest Receptionist you could ever speak to. Feel very happy to talk to her.
