I've been to this branch a lot of times over the years due to it's convenient location. I've never had any issues with the food or the service to date, and it's a great option at late night if you're out having a few drinks nearby. It's very busy during the day, as you'd expect from a city centre branch.

Restaurant is spotlessly clean, tables are promptly wiped down and floor swept every time a table is vacated. When the order machine failed to print our receipt, the staff sorted our order without any problems or delay. Staff are attentive, friendly and professional. This is head and shoulders above the other McDonald's in central Birmingham.

Kids just hanging about feet up on seating areas, nothing purchased in the time we were there, over an hour. Long wait for food, drive thru orders seemed more important

Outrageous! Did someone take a bite from my fish burger or just thought it was appropriate to sell me 3/4 of a burger. Spotted after boarding the bus late last night. Disgusting and shows a lack of pride and respect for your customers. Did you think I wouldn't notice?

Busy today when i went, went to get the Happy Meal as they have started doing Squishmallows (Halloween Edition) as the Happy Meal toys in them. They had run out so sadly couldn't get one for my sister.Food was good stay so at least it wasn't a wasted trip.

There are 2 McDonald's restaurants in the city centre and personally, I prefer this one. Maybe because of its location, this McDonald's usually is not very busy comparing to the one next to the train station. That means the service is a bit more efficient, really important if you are in a rush.

Was very busy, unkind staff and customers, toilets smelt and i also had hairs in my food. People staring at us when we were eating. Definitely wouldnt reccomend.

One of the worst McD. ever I've visited. I was during the night, toilets are closed, they don't provide any kind of options to wash your hands, table service function is available on the screen when you order but they are yelling to you to pick your staff, with my order they did 3 mistakes (one is corrected and the staff members said sorry for that), tables, floor is very dirty, I ordered to eat there and got everything packed instead of a plate. I don't wanna go back there again.

I have slowly fallen out of my like for McDonald’s although I can appreciate the food the company puts out. One thing I was incredibly saddened and disappointed by was the lack of production of the grimace shakes. During such a time where the trend has grown to hundreds of millions of civilians watching, you would think that McDonald’s would want to profit on this trend, quite a shame. But nonetheless, the food quality is good for what you purchase, and the rest is standard.
