Disgusting customer experience journey.Ordered 3 packs of beers through thos company via Amazon.Payment was taken on 9th of October 2022 and I received confirmation the following day saying items had been dispatched for delivery...... We are now on 5th of November so nearly a month later and no items have arrived and no update given.Dealing directly with the companies (both Topline Retail Solutions and Amazon) has been like pulling teeth and a shocking experience.I have messaged Topline for a response but doubt I will receive anything. Certainly wont be using this company again!!!!

ordered shampoo through amazon, sent pack of chocolates worth£3 ,also promised a refund 9 days ago which has failed to appear, nice way to run a business.shame you cannot give less than 1 star.

Recently ordered a stormtrooper tin with beer and glass through amazon. Arrived yesterdag damaged when delivered, opened the tin to find the glass was shattered. Very dangerous. Couldn't even take the glass out. Was wondering why it wasn't packaged properly? Bubble wrap? I'm trying to go through amazon to get a refund but it's saying it is not returnable. Can you help with this please?

Genuine next day delivery, using a proper courier - ordered late on a Thursday evening and it arrived Saturday afternoon.

Tried to contact them regarding damaged goods sent via Amazon, just not working through Amazon for me, but these people didn't want to know and said deal with Amazon.So on that note, I'm guessing I have been ripped off, lost my money and in future will look out for this companies name on anything else I purchase to ensure they get no further trade from me.
