Everyone at Clarendon Dental are amazing professionals and someone that I can always rely on. From the staff in reception to all the assistants, there is always a warm and kind felling towards me. I am a very sensitive patient and very nervous when I step in but both Dr. Chiara (my dentist) and Nicole (my hygienist) always take their time to assure me and to patiently talk me through everything before we start.Couldn't be happier and praise enough the whole team at this amazing surgery.

I have been terrified of dentists after appalling childhood experiences. I have been going to this particular surgery since 1964. I get excellent advice and care here with friendly staff and expert dentists. I recommend them totally.

This is a dental practice with the kindest people! From the receptionists to the dentists themselves , everyone is so polite and accommodating. I have been with them for years and have never had an unpleasant experience . Kasia is amazing and so empathetic.Would definitely recommend this practice. Any fears of going to a dentist will be diminished!

Excellent service as usual. This surgery always impresses, reception staff are helpful and efficient and the waiting room is modern and comfortable.As for the actual dentistry, an x ray showed some work I would benefit from, I was scheduled at a convenient time and the work (2 fillings) was carried out by Dr. Milke and colleague in a most professional and sympathetic manner. I am pleased to be a client of this surgery

I hadn’t been to the dentist for a while and for the first time (ever!) I have a wonderful dentist in Maria. The team were so helpful and lovely and made me feel at ease from the moment I walked into the practice, explaining every step of the visit; their methods and why they were doing each part of the investigations they made me feel part of things and not in the least bit terrified (hey - we have all been there!).Appointment was 45 mins for a new patient including X-rays and overview/check up and I finally got to the bottom of all the issues that my previous male dentist had glossed over; or had not explained correctly. It was thorough and Maria is extremely professional.X-rays were taken and options of treatment were outlined. Everything was super clean and efficient and I would recommend anyone to go and see this amazing dentist for a supportive and helpful answer to your dental questions and queries.You can’t put a price on your health or teeth; so get them checked out today. I believe that they also offer dental insurance plans too, so this may be an option if you’re not covered (for example) by private medical insurance or cover etcPicture shows the waiting room area for patients on the hall floor level of the dental surgery near reception.Notes: accessibility; contact the practice for this as there are stairs to the front and also stairs to all floors. This is because the building is a house conversion.

I have recently had one of my regular check-ups and the service was incredible. Chiara has incredible knowledge and patience. She spent time showing me my x-rays, explaining clearly some causes as well as offering detailed solutions. Thank you!

Booked appointment for hygienist and dentist on same day one straight after the otherWent into hygienist on time but when I came out to see the dentist I was unfortunately left in the waiting room for 30 minutesWent to reception and they thought I had already been called up by the dentist.They told me I would be called very shortlyI waited another 10 minutes and went back to reception and told them I could not wait any longer as I had to get back to work .As I was going away at the end of the week for 3 months it was not convenient for me to book another appointment.Have had no contact from the practice in relation to my missed appointment or apology for not keeping appointmentAs I pay for my treatment monthly , I thought I would get a refund or my monthly payment would reduce for the following year to compensate for the appointment that they could not keep.Unfortunately I have just been told I would get neither but could book the said appointment now ,which seems bizarre as I have my next appointment in a months timeThis is not the first time I have been let down unfortunately.I find that if I was kept upto date at the time ,this could of been sorted out quite easily .They have since told me they had an emergency patient in , but there was no mention of this at the time.The lady I spoke to feels that the dentist practice do not feel they are to blame and that is why I am not entitled to any refund .

I had my first time patient consultation recently and the level of care and service was incredible.I had a lovely, warm welcome from reception and was handed a welcome pack before being shown to the waiting room. The pack contained a picture and profile of the dentists and a detailed list of services.The waiting room is relaxing, clean and comfortable - very helpful when a dentist trip makes you anxious. The manager kindly informed me of a 10 minute delay before my appointment and immediately gave me a voucher for compensation. I was happy to wait anyway but the voucher was a lovely bonus.My appointment was incredibly detailed and they did a thorough look at every tooth (appointment was about 45 minutes). The dentist and the assistant were both smart, kind and friendly. I dont like the bright lights and they gave me sunglasses and let me listen to my music so I was comfortable. They showed me my X-rays and scans and we worked together to create a treatment plan going forward.Incredible service from the moment I walked through the door and I genuinely couldn’t fault them at all.Never thought I would say this… but I’m excited about my next trip to the dentist!

We transferred to this practice after having poor service from another nearby dentist. The service and care at Clarendon has been terrific from the dentists, orthodontic team and the hygienist, backed up by an efficient admin team. Recommend.
