We needed help with a couple of issues in our bathroom and Pentland Plumbing Services Ltd responded quickly to our request. Sam did a great job, quickly, professionally and left everything very tidy.Communication with the office was excellent. I highly recommend this company for any plumbing related work.

I recently purchased a flat in Southsea and the boiler needed replacing. Pentland Plumbing were recommended to me by a colleague who had just had his boiler replaced. It was a great choice. The whole process was made really simple and problem free by the team, everything from the back office staff organising the quotation visit and putting together multiple quotes for me to the installation team, who were professional, speedy and very efficient (I'm pretty sure they left the place tidier than it was when they got there). If you have any plumbing work that needs doing, I would highly recommend Pentland Plumbing. I will definitely be using them again for any other plumbing and heating work on my flat.

We have used Pentland Plumbing for boiler servicing, water tank dripping and now kitchen tap replacement. Knowledgeable, professional and personable plumbers talk through jobs, beforehand if necessary, but then complete efficiently and effectively, leaving work areas clean and tidy. Charges reasonable for a good job. Highly recommended.

We moved into a new property with my dad. Pentland plumbing upgraded the boiler, radiators and fitted a new bathroom. My dad is 88 and was around while the works were completed. He told me the staff were polite, efficient, helpful and very hard working. To say we are delighted would be an understatement. They even fitted an extra rad in my dads lounge as he feels the cold. I can’t not recommend them more highly and wouldn’t use anyone else even if I had to wait to do so. If you want a company you can trust, who are reliable and trustworthy Pentland has your plumbing and heating sorted! They even helped design the bathroom.

So many tradesmen don’t take on the “small” jobs. Pentland plumbing have done three “small” jobs for us in the last couple of years and with each one it has been undertaken with enthusiasm, courtesy and respect. The guys are all relaxed happy and conscientious and happy to explain fully the job. I know who we will pick should we need a “larger” job done in the future. Cannot fault. Thanks guys.

Perfect service from start to finish. Very helpful and friendly from initial phone call and the same with the engineer, who did a thorough job, and also very patiently explained various aspects of the heating system and what he was doing. Excellent customer service received from Pentland Plumbing Services. The whole process from start to finish was exemplary. Unfortunately we had no hot water due to a fault with our boiler. I contacted Kerrie at Pentland and she arranged to send an engineer to us. The engineer arrived within a couple of hours and fixed the problem. Truly exceptional service from start to finish. Everything went smoothly with our boiler replacement. Keith visited first and assessed what was required. Kerrie sent the quote to me the next day. I accepted the quote and Hazel called me to book the installation date. A week later Bill visited and fitted the new boiler. So that's it. Everyone did their bit and we have a lovely new boiler with wireless thermostat and phone apps to control the temperature. Perfect
