****Rachael - Best personal Trainer in Nottingham******I have been training most of my life for past 35 years and I have always trained strict and hard. For the first time ever I hired Rachael as a Personal Trainer (because of course I know best). It was the best thing I ever did because I realised how little I actually know about bodybuilding and training. Every time I leave that gym I have had the arse worked off me and apart from realising how unfit I really am in cardio. The gains and the pump I get from this training already is amazing.
