Main pharmacist and staff lovely, just let down by older pharmacist who has a rude attitude.

Now charging people to get medication delivered if you're under 60 and aren't disabled, even if you're struggling with severe mental health issues that stop you from going out.I think it's disgusting that they're not more empathetic to people that are struggling with chronic mental conditions.They're the only chemist in the area that I know of that has introduced this ridiculous 'policy'.Luckily I've found another chemist that actually cares about its customers that have mental struggles. I told them about the new 'policy' put in place by Derix and they were almost offended on my behalf, and they said that they're more than happy to deliver my medication for free.Owner of this place is a right money-grubber. So glad other chemists still exist that aren't all about the money and want to do right by their customers!

A few days ago I just walked in and was given the ‘flu jab - no appointment, no waiting and was treated very kindly by Denisa.Today- same thing for my Covid jab. So professional and kind and it was such a relief that I didn’t have to make an appointment or have to wait.Excellent service and thank you.

If I can give 0/5 stars, I would. Prices are extremely high, the guy/owner only care about selling you the products. It was my first time buying with a prescription from NHS, i was told that my items were going to be free, I mentioned to the guy all of this and he said that I am going to receive my refund from my health insurance, however as I said, it was my first time, I dont have health insurance, the owner did not want to provide the refund. Also, his attitude was overbearing, saying that I should google this process. lack of empathy.

Was unable to get a doctor's appointment so had a private consultation for antibiotics due to a chest infection. Was seen straight away and prices were reasonable. Would certainly use them again.

Excellent customer service open till late Sunday and had required medication prescribed by hospital when no other Sunday opening pharmacy did. First rate!

Had flu and COVID jabs this morning - friendly and efficient and, above all, very helpful - thoroughly recommend

Wow, amazing service. I went there early this morning as it opened and had to go back tonight late. I called the prescriptions line and got a call back at 8.45pm very promptly.I am so grateful to the pharmacist. He is a prescribing pharmacist too, which is rare these days. What a hard working man and very kind too.Will go here from now on. Excellent!

Very fast service and convenient opening times. My usual prescription was out of stock but the Pharmacist went out of his way to provide a great alternative right there and then. Very pleased with my experience and have used their services for 10 years. Highly recommend

Bought defective BP machine for my daughter aged 43 who has just had a TIA. Endeavoured to return it within an hour Gter erratic readings. Refused refund. Scoundrel!
