Wren Kitchens

First time in this place and looking at a new kitchen. Very well laid out and design appintment very straightforward and thorough. Recommend in shop appointment. Very happy so far.

From start to finish Wren kitchens have been amazing. A big shout out to Emily at Wren Westwood cross she went above and beyond to help us and we are truly grateful to her.

Had an excellent experience with Wren Kitchens in Broadstairs. Our designer, Emily, was fantastic - super helpful and full of ideas. Extremely happy with the end result and wondering why I didn't do it years ago!

Had our kitchen designed by Emily earlier this year and installed a few months ago. Absolute outstanding service by Emily and the team. Smooth process and lots of patience as we made changes along the way. Few niggles on delivery that were sorted extremely quickly. Lovely quality kitchen that feels bespoke to us. Thank you Emily for helping bring our ideas to life!

From start to finish the Wren experience was pretty good. The sales advisor Joshua, in the Broadstairs store was very thorough and helpful and we never felt there was any pressure to place an order, in fact I think we actually made around 3 visits, spending possibly an hour or so there each time before placing an order. Due to our extensive kitchen alterations we put off the delivery date several times which was no problem at all for Wren. Once the final confirmed delivery date came round the delivery was made by a two man team with great care when unloading. I did have an issue with an item which was incorrect, and after a little confusion the problem was soon sorted to my satisfaction.To sum up, the products offered seem good from my experience, and the prices seem competitive too. I can’t comment on Wren’s installation service as I fitted my kitchen myself with the exception of the Quartz worktops which were templated and installed exceptionally well by Wren’s own in house team. They made a really neat job of installing these, and I’m quite hard to please!Would I recommend Wren? Yes, I would. They always seem to have a sale on to some degree, and I’d always have a look at competitors to check for deals but don’t forget to check like for like quality too as some of the competitors products aren’t of the same standard as Wren, for example cabinet and door thickness, drawer depths and so on.

We had a brilliant experience with wren kitchens. Great service recieved, the quality was better than expected. We managed to keep the kitchen under budget including everything we wanted (other companies were more expensive). I did change the layout of the kitchen to what I imagined but the designer was very helpful with ideas. Had a couple small issues on delivery but customer services were great and kept us up to date all the way. Overall very pleased with wren, will definitely use again if we need another kitchen.

My first Wren kitchen was a good experience with very few issues.However, the second kitchen a couple of years later was a horrendous experience, from poor design, incorrect deliveries, faulty installation, broken appliances and terrible customer service. I have had no follow up after many phone calls, requesting support. They seem to document your call, promise resolution and do not follow through. As a property developer, I will be buying a kitchen elsewhere, and definitely do not recommend

We arranged an appointment with Wren showroom and sat down with an advisor to draw up our kitchen. The whole process was very easy and in the whole we were happy. We did feel our showroom consultant looked down on us slightly (probably our fault for not 'dressing up' for the appointment) - but it did feel like he kept skirting round more expensive options and mentioned credit multiple times - even though we clearly stated on numerous occasions that wouldn't be necessary. He skipped work top options too - just trying to steer us towards a cheaper one.... Would have been nice and felt more valued to have had all the options (regardless of price!)... but I guess that's what happens when you pop in during lockdown in jeans & a t-shirt!He also didn't mention Tek Wall option - which we changed later on down the line for lots of extra money (cheaper than moving plug sockets for upstands) so would have been nice, if it had been mentioned at the original appointment.We opted for a Wren installer and did have a few issues but it worked out well in the end. Make sure you clearly speak to your installer regarding extra costs. Our first appointed installer was only interested in 'extras' and wouldn't pinpoint anything down. He 100% wanted extras! I tried to get more information about costs and he disappeared... letting us down one week before he was due to start - so Wren had to frantically find an alternative. Luckily the new installer got on with it quickly and efficiently - and just £100 extras for a bit of plumbing! The original one was mentioning costs of £1500 upwards.... so worth checking!!!We chose the Milano Contour Ermine Apple Fizz Matt kitchen - It's green! It's gorgeous! and we are very happy! The kitchen looks amazing! There are a few issues and we've had the installer back a couple of times due to problems - but I am happy that we chose Wren and we do love our new kitchen.

I love my new Wren Kitchen! Beautiful Sea Foam colour for the units with a contrast island unit in Royal Blue. It looks so good! All the units I ordered were deep drawers which work efficiently for storage and accessibility and glide so smoothly. The larder is exceptional in storage capacity and food storage is visible and to hand. Brilliant designer at Broadstairs, and Wren is a company who keeps you in touch all along the path.All good!

We purchased a new kitchen and went for the premium cupboards 4 years later the laminate in the doors is peeling off. Really poor products and they have failed to fix the problem and expect us to pay for refitting of any doors. I would like to hear if anyone else has had this same problem. I will be going to the ombusman, they are quick to take your money, but are not quick to fix their errors.
