Booked my car in for an MOT and Service February 2023. They phoned me to say my back driver side brake pads had failed and need changing as they were worn down. I paid £80 for them to do the job. I picked my car up and all was good untill around August. I started hearing squeeking and grinding when i was driving and braking. I had my mate look at my car and he said it was the back driver side brakes. I did say that they have been changed but he showed me them said they havent and he was right. I have emailed the garage but had no response hence this review. Just make sure that these do the job that your paying for. I wont be going here again.

I have just had some work done on my car by the Stockton branch, a pleasant experience with them, I dealt with James who was very courteous from my enquiry to job completion.I usually go to Kwik fit for this type of work, MOT'S etc, they don't seem to answer their phone, infact, out of 5 calls, only one was answered.I phoned National tyres up a couple of times and was dealt with immediately, I would recommend them in conjunction with my recent visit, furthermore, I will divert my business to this company going forward.

Just had my MOT renewed at Stockton branch Luke was extremely busy but in no way affected the quality of the service provided. He was efficient and helpful, thank you! Another 5 star review for this garage. Had my tyres replaced recently and I am very pleased. There is a friendly, family, atmosphere and the whole team deserve this accolade. This is a garage I would thoroughly recommend, thank you again.

Excellent advice and service. Work done with the minimum of fuss and the manager was a consumate professional. Friendly and honest, it was a refreshing repair garage experience and there wasn't a sharp intake of breath from a single member of staff. I am one happy customer and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and their services

I will start using them for my car tyres from know on, Found them to be very helpful in every way in had my Mercedes serviced and mot by local garage and paid to remove my engine light and came back after a day so i went and saw National Tyres and Autocare to see if they could fix it for me and met the manager who was called Ryan he said i will check it out with a his multi free of charge and found some faults and gave me the name of good company called DPF CLINIC post code TS2 1DJ and i went there and a very nice man checked it out with his car OBD2 scanner and found 36 faults the main one was the Diesel glow plugs where faulty even though my car had only done 17,777 miles so he is getting it fixed by his mate on Thursday i cant thank National Tyres enough for the very kind help they gave and never charge for this and in my eyes should be more than 5 stars more like a sky full of stars for the help they give us

I recently had my car MOT done with National Tyres and Autocare for the first time. A lovely gentleman names James sorted us right out, we will definitely returning for any car work in the future. We would definitely recommend.
