I'm here from the US visiting our children who live here and my son in law wanted to take me to a wonderful cigar shop that he had visited before. When we got there there was no one in the upper lobby but an older woman just sitting on a chair just inside the door. We waited around for several minutes when the lady said to go down the stairs. So we did. When we got to the bottom smoking room" my son in law was asking a man how we would go about getting some cigars. The man led us to a closed door and said we have to wait. A couple minutes later twu gentlemen came out of the "cigar room." Then we went in. My son in law spoke to the man when we got inside and he asked the the man for his opinion on something and the man pointed to a small batch of cigars and said something I did not hear. I then asked for the price and he said something I didn't quite hear. I said ok but then I said "What?" That's when the man raised his voice about 20db and said something along with"32". The way he said it was in a very very irritated voice. I told him I was sorry but that sometimes I don't hear so well. It was from this point that everything just went down hill. The man's attitude was extremely rude and agitated as though we had been wasting his time for the past hour. I went ahead and chose two of the cigars and my son in law chose one. At this point I just wanted to get out of there so we said that's all we needed and all of us went back upstairs to pay. Bear in mind that the whole time we were paying that the man just kept up with his attitude of snottiness and impatience. After paying we asked if we could go back down stairs and try out these new cigars and the man said

I’ve been a semi-regular at the Robert Graham Cigar Lounge in Cambridge for the past 16 years, for certain it’s my home from home, and I must say that it doesn’t disappoint. The staff are attentive, knowledgable and friendly. The atmosphere is relaxed, customers are always happy to engage in conversation. The range of New World and Cuban cigars doesn’t disappoint. It’s a place that you can loose yourself in and somewhere you’ll want to return again and again.

What a fantastic shop to visit. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Dave Roden was brilliant. He discussed the flavors and key points of the whiskeys I tried and talked me through which cigars would work best with it. I can't wait to return again and for their cigar and wiskey nights.

Great place for a relaxing smoke. Prices are very good too. Highly recommend

I came in today to get a bottle of whisky for a friend's birthday. The staff was great. They talked me through what they had on offer and even let me try a couple to see what I liked. I came away feeling great about the bottle I bought and will endeavour to return to try more of their selection and possibly a cigar or 2. Great team.

Great service by knowledgeable and friendly staff.The lounge is a delight if you have the time to stay for a smoke.Cigars are kept to the highest standard in a well stocked walk-in humidor.

An absolute treat! Ordered some beautiful cuban cigars and one was slightly damaged and the staff very kindly sent me a replacement at no extra charge! Thank you and definitely a returning customer.

I have been coming to this shop for about 2.5 years now and I can honestly say that I love coming here. The staff are great, the atmosphere is always welcoming, and the cigar selection is fantastic. The staff are very knowledgeful of the products they sell and are always willing to offer both advice and recommendations. They offer a fantastic experience for both the veteran smoker and the first timer. When the lounge is full, the conversion flows with everyone enjoying the experience. I have been to other cigar shops and lounges before and have come away feeling dissatisfied, but never have I had that feeling with this shop. I have bought in friends and family who have either never smoked a cigar or have only had one or two, and the staff have helped them pick out the best stick with them. The staff have asked questions to get an idea of what to offer. I can not praise them enough.
