Really can’t speak highly enough of Mark or the Poole AM2 centre. Mark was brilliant, really friendly and down to earth - which helps to cut through the nerves so you can focus on what you’re doing! Came up from Cornwall for my AM2S and it was well worth it. Do your AM2 at Poole if you can!

Am excellent assessment centre, I was very nervous going into my AM2s assessment and Mark did a very good job at putting us at ease. Great facilities and layout of the install and testing bays. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a centre to think about this one. Thank you for the coffees.

Before arriving I was nervous and anxious about sitting my AM2S. Within the first half hour of meeting Mark and being showed around, Mark managed to settle my nerves and made me feel relaxed which for me was half the battle. Mark is one of the nicest people you will meet and he's very good at what he does. I would highly recommend Mark and Poole AM2 center to anyone who is about to undertake their end point assessment. It was a pleasure to meet you Mark, shame I never did get to try the coffee. Maybe next time.

Mark made the whole AM2s experience as stress free ,as an exam can be. Everything was explained clearly and never felt overwhelmed by, or unsure of any of the tasks set out. The bays are tidy and fitted with good kit in good condition.Would recommend anyone going in for their assessment visit Mark in Poole.

Great place. Mark was fantastic at settling any nerves I had going into the AM2. He helped turn a very stressful situation into a positive experience, so much so that I actually enjoyed the assessment. Mark was extremely professional right from the start. Throughout, he was strict but very fair. I would recommend PooleAM2 to anyone. Also, Mark makes an outstanding cup of coffee, the big coffee shops should be quaking in their boots!

I’ve just finished my AM2S with Mark at PooleAM2, I was very nervous to begin with but mark is a fair and easy going guy and managed to take the pressure off with his kind and professional nature. I’m looking forward to getting my results. I would definitely consider doing further qualifications with at PooleAM2.

Mark was brilliant and all the equipment was in a very good condition. Well kept and tidy center!! Mark makes you feel at ease throughout the whole exam giving clear instructions. I would recommend anyone doing their AM2 to consider Poole. I travelled from Devon to complete and stayed in an Airbnb as it was the only center with instant availability, I wasn't disappointed.

Mark is definitely one of the nicest people I’ve ever met, extremely welcoming, and professional, puts any nerves quickly at ease! Highly recommend for the AM2 assessment. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for future training needs. Thank you Mark.
