Very clean. Speedy check in and out.Comfortable.Only three coathangers in a double room - clearly not enough.The heating controls could not cool the air, merely heat it and there was road noise if the window was left open. Not ideal.

We stayed for about five days. The staff was very accommodating during our stay but especially before, as I had plane delays and arrived somewhere between 1 to 2 AM, but they had someone ready to greet me anyway.The room wasn't really the cleanest, but it was clean enough.Considering the price we payed and the location, we were both quite satisfied.

Fantastic hotel and was very easy to access it and all in walking distance of the local area, hotel was clean and kept up with and the rooms where fairly sized, my only criticism would be the bed could be a little comfy but still woke up feeling refreshed

Ibis Sheffield is a well located hotel within a walking distance from the city center. The room is warm and clean. The staff are friendly. Overall, it is hood value for money.

Very nice and clean, great location. Staff is very polite and helpful.24/7 food and drink. They didn't mind us using the tables downstairs to eat the food we had taken back.Little gripe and possibly meaningless,TV is small, although you're not in the room for a great deal of time. Other hotels of similar standards have a decent TV. It's still a good place to stay.

The hostel was immaculately clean. The common areas and bathrooms were always clean and well maintained. The staff did an excellent job maintaining a pleasant and hygienic environment.

The room was beyond my expectation. It is located in a serene environment with a nice window view. I feel so much secured and my stay was very well enjoyed. In fact I was checked in at almost an hour before the time.I strongly recommend this hotel.

Fantastic location for Ponds Forge. The staff were excellent and could not do enough to assist its guests.My bed was extremely hard and I used the topper on the other bed to try to help. This is what dropped the rating.Breakfast was very good as were the meals I also had.

Thanks to Jon and all the other Team members for making sure my stay was perfect. The porridge in the morning was lovely. When Sheffield was flooding the hotel was a safe oasis and freshly cooked food in the evening as well. Thank you for everything you all did to get into work to ensure the people staying with you were happy.

Mattress was a 4 inch thick foam gym mat type thing. Room wasn't clean, multiple stains on walls that you could brush off but had clearly been there for a long time. I don't have super high expectations but a clean room and decent bed are the two things you want and it had neither. Used to really consider IBIS to be a good chain back when I used to use them 10 years ago, but that's clearly changed.Edit: forgot to say we were woken by cleaning crew, one of which just walked in. Absolutely mad.
