Incorrect price on item and then made to feel like I'm poor by the till operative asking if I still want the item for the increased and non advertised price, even though the ticket was right next to her.No apology for the item being advertised at the wrong price from either the till operative or her supervisor.Just go to morrisons instead, way better mannered staff.

My wife was shopping at this store in January 2023, she reached for a loaf of bread and her coat was torn by a makeshift hook made from a coat hanger. This was a 2 week old Moncler winter coat, costing £1695, the store offered a repair which would take 8 weeks, by then the winter Is pretty much over. The staff at the store said the coat would be replaced, after realising the cost they have now retracted that offer and offered a repair. Ultimately this is a 2 week old perfect coat and they want to give us a repaired item back even though the hook holding packets of Coleman’s sauce should have been plastic as the rest of them, they had obviously ran out of plastic hooks so made one from metal, considering we’re good Tesco customers, we spend over £200 a week with Tesco, I will take this legal as it’s unacceptable to be treated this way, needless to say we will not be returning to any TESCO stores.

Tesco has always been a reasonably priced supermarket. Lovely clean and tidy place. Staff are very friendly and they have everything you need. Lots of parking too
