I wouldn’t recommend anybody to use any of their services. Absolutely will rip you off and will make you feel uncomfortable if you have coloured skin. The Old hag at the desk is grumpy and will lie to you about the damages to your car. She lacks basic manners, however the mechanics are friendly. I wouldn’t go to this so called Mercedes Specialist garage even if it was the last place on earth. DISGUSTED.

First time using this garage had an MOT which ended up having to have work done. They were very helpful and I was happy with the cost, will use them again

I have used Swavesey Garage for a lot of my cars. They are honest, professional and efficient. I took my previous car to another garage who listed 5 things that needed fixing on the car. I bought all those parts and then took the car to swavesey. Swavesey said that there was just 1 of those things that needed fixing and fixed it straight away! They don't drum up work for themselves. They fix things properly and are very professional and accommodating of situations. I wasn't able to pick up my car during their opening hours, so I was able to pay over the phone, and they left my car and the key in a safe, accessible place. Excellent guys doing excellent work and fantastic customer service! Definitely recommend!

The wind mirror of our car is broken, called a few car garages, they are fully booked until Jan., until I called this one. Get our car fixed before Xmas, very good/fast! really appreciated, and the price is cheaper then our expectation. Recommend.
