Awful company. Took ages to deliver my order (not effective by postal strikes at the time). I had to go to my local sorting office to pick the gift I’d ordered up and pay the postage they’d forgotten to pay for!All emails to their customer service Dept is ignored. Complaint via PayPal also ignored!

I felt I must leave a review to re-address the balance from previous reviews. I have been a customer for over 7 years and was very concerned when I read through some of the reviews that I nearly didn't order. But I am glad I did, my diary arrived very quickly, the quality is excellent, I like the fact I can choose the layout to suit my needs and when the diary can start from. I was kept informed when the diary was dispatched and have no complaints.

Received my diary today.... really poor quality. Most definitely not worth the money. Like many of the other reviews on here. I most definitely won't be ordering another one next year. Don't waste your money with this company you will get much better quality elsewhere. I paid almost £30 for what I was led to believe would be a quality leather bound diary. I got a cheap A5 Ring binder wrap poorly with a bad finish. Utter rubbish very disappointing.

I am still waiting for our diaries to arrive. When our package arrived we opened it to find no diaries within the package! There is no contact number of the supplier's website (convenient for them!) and the email address I emailed from their website has not responded to us. We have been ordering diaries with them since 2016 and this is such a bad reponse to a returning customer. Highly disappointed. Why can't you even reply? We will never order from here again.

Should have received my order by now. Emailed three times, messaged, posted on Facebook and tweeted. No response. Surprise, surprise the money for my order came out of my account straight away. Wish I'd read these reviews before I'd ordered but the set up all seemed very good. I'm going to Trading Standards if I don't hear back by the end of the week as they've taken my money and sent me nothing and it's obviously not the first time they've done this. Cowboys.

Just received and really disappointed with the quality for the price. The cover is simply cardboard and has already been creased in the post! I’m pretty sure this diary will look a real mess in a couple of months. Other sites have much more sturdy products …..go there!!!!!

Ordered at the beginning of September, nothing delivered, I have emailed five times and still have not received a response let alone a refund. I would suggest to any new customer to be very wary as they will steal your money

After 5 years of beautiful diaries and many orders for friends, the last 4 months has been nothing short of shameful service. I ordered two diaries in December, and it’s half way through March and the issue is still unresolved. Both diaries were missing sections, paper was poor quality, lines were so pale you couldn’t see them to write on. So disappointed as I have recommended you to so many people. But the thing that has really disappointed me is the shocking customer service. Emails not answered. Facebook & Twitter - no response. Email automated reply says “one day response” - well, if you’re lucky you might get a one line response a week later. I’ve been told multiple different things, promised diaries that haven’t arrived, refunds mentioned but not delivered. I have eventually had half the order fulfilled correctly but I am still waiting on the other diary and with no phone number, no way to escalate this complaint. I don’t like leaving a negative review as the previous products - and service- have been exemplary and I couldn’t fault TOAD. I can only assume they’ve changed leadership and with shocking results.

I ordered a diary at the beginning of December to be advised a delivery time of 3-5 days. I then get an email saying that due to circumstances out of their control there would be a delay in my order and I wouldn't be receiving it until after Christmas now. They offered a discount or a full refund. I accepted the discount as I was happy to wait. I chased up the diary on a number of occasions and i was advised that it would be with me at the end of the first week in January.... still nothing. Mid Jan I get an email to say my order has been dispatched... still nothing. I chased a further 4 times and didn't get a response. I contacted their customer services directly and they advised me my order had been LOST so they would provide me a full refund within 24 hours and a free order of my choice. 48 hours later, still NO refund, so I chased again, Tim apologised and said the refund has just been processed now so should receive it right away.... I have emailed AGAIN today as STILL NO REFUND and Tim has not replied to me now!! This is the worst service I have ever received from a company! Please can you just issue my refund!

I just received my beautiful TOAD diary! I live in Canada, and it arrived quickly and exceeded my expectations! The notebook is of very high quality, the colour is beautiful (I chose plum), and seeing my name personalized on the front makes it extra special. Communication with the TOAD team was friendly, prompt, and professional, and they made me feel like a valued customer. I will certainly buy again, and could not recommend more highly!
