Levenshulme Dental Practice

A fantastic service, I was so nervous about attending the dentist but the staff was so welcoming. Am so happy with the treatment I've had its given me my confidence back, I would highly recommend it brilliant service..

Me, my partner and my 3 children attend this dentist. The staff are very friendly and great with the kids. Me and my partner have had quite a bit of work done including dentures, for 2 people that didnt go to the dentist for years before joining this one we are now very happy with the way our teeth look after having the work done. I was terrified of going to the dentist but here they reassure you and make sure you are doing ok and I always know I'll be happier with the end result, they have definitely given me my smile back!! Highy Recommend!!

The receptionist that took my call yesterday was rude and unprofessional. Claimed that we missed appointments that we did not receive. When I asked for my daughter to be put back on the list, she replied “why should I be kind with you, if you missed your appointments?”. Unbelievable. I note a number of negative comments regarding the receptionist. Hopefully the management will feed back to the receptionist that her behaviour is unacceptable.

The best dentist around, I have been going for about 20 years or more and they have looked after me like family, receptionist and dentist and assistant make you so relaxed, I have health problems and they put me at ease soon as I walk in laughing and joking , thank you for everything you have done for me.

Absolutely amazing service very professional and helpful, I've got my confidence back and can smile again, will definitely return in the futureI highly recommend

The worst dentist Iv ever been to. No customer service have you waiting for ages. The other day the receptionist refused me coming in for 5 mins being late, which is a joke . The receptionist lies and always has whenever I have called her up for appointments saying Iv been late 7 times when I haven’t. She shouldn’t being working there she’s done her time. The dentist there should not be practicing as she has no customer skills whatsoever and neither is she friendly and has refused treatment many times from cleaning my sons teeth., even though she was suppose to do so when my orthodontist sent her message on the system to do so . I wouldn’t recommend this place to any customer.

It was a ridiculous time when I've been with them. The customer service is unacceptable at all, the secretaries are lying always. They always are saying your name did come out of the system because you missed an appointment" but I did not because I don't do that without giving them a call.They obliged me to pay twice for the same course because of the long term of the course and that wasn't my fault.So please guys/ladies stay away from these awful people."

The dentist Amnah has been amazing throughout, Never had any problems.I've always experienced a friendly approach when visiting and also when I've rang to make appointments the receptionist has always been very helpful, she will always ring and remind me about upcoming appointments, and always works appointments around the children so they don't miss out on school. The hygienist is also very good. Overall I'm really really happy with the service I receive.
