Taking the time to write to say thank you for lots of positive experiences with this surgery over the years. Most recently I was worried about something last week and rang in. Although there was a phone queue it went down quickly and the receptionist was kind and apologised for the delay. The Dr rang me that morning and talked through the problem in detail, and arranged to see me that afternoon. She was kind and thorough and reassuring. I felt very blessed to live in this country and have access to the NHS. This is representative of the care we have had as a family over the last ten years. Thank you!

Years of dismay. I had a lump in my breast and doc told me she could not examine my breast because her nails were too long! She gave me leaflets and not a letter to go for a mamogram!This week asking for my second covid jab (they didn't give me a 2nd appointment) they told me Astra Z was no longer produced (!) Because it was dangerous. Ridiculously uninformed staff. Only one good doctor and the nurses are great. and no, they could not organise a jab.jab

It is clear that the practice is working very hard to improve. I really appreciate the new callback system during busy times. Hazel and her reception staff team are always very friendly and do their best, in what are extremely challenging times for our NHS. They have gone above and beyond on several occasions to ensure that myself and my children see a GP or get a prescription as soon as possible.

Absolutely terrible!!! I had a phone call from the surgery last monday, I couldn't get to the phone, that was the only call I had. I have been trying to phone for a week. Got through today. They called for my 2and COVID jab but because I didnt answer I got passed over. They dont know when they are getting next lot of Pfizer in so couldnt book me in. This surgery is bad at its best. Oh well what can I do, NOTHING that's what

The worst practice ever I dealt with. Also, on the website they state the practice is not going to close, however I went to the practice at about 4pm in Kennington and it was close without any explaining note on the door.

Beyond useless - if you ever get through to reception, they will do their best to direct you elsewhere. Spent 30 mins waiting on the phone at 3pm to ask about vaccine records, I'd really like 10 mins in a quiet room with the person that decided playing upbeat high pitched flute music was the best idea whilst leaving patients on hold for half an hour at a time.

Was here for a check up about a year ago, seen by a GP and was referred well to the right specialist. Receptionist was also calm and helpful at that time of making an appointment. It took time for me to write this feedback but I am writing this now as my way of appreciation to those staff who made their effort to help before and during this difficult year.

Ignore the stars I'm not here for that. Some constructive criticisms:- The touch screen. In a place where potentially sick people are visiting is it a good idea to have a screen multiple patients use to check in? Surely this is a good way to spread bacteria or viruses by hands? Perhaps a smart phone check in for those who have them, a voice recognition system or just the receptionist for everyone else.- The big projection and loud call out of your name. This is awful for patients' privacy and I personally felt uncomfortable. Perhaps give a number after check in and then call out the number?Thanks.

Absolutely shocking place that is suppose to be helping patients without making it extremely difficult. It is the complete opposite of helpful, the staff are rude and not helpful when requested a prescription Monday and it has still not been completed after numerous phone calling of it being said that it was top of the list. Also to be told that there are no doctors that have been there all week where there are. This is the worst place to be called a doctor surgery.
