Have to say Goddards Plaistow has rekindled my trust . After the death of Patrick Eves some 11yrs ago,felt the practice atmosphere decline. Now after a few emergency visits am delighted with the care and staff interactions with pets and owners. Friendly and well run.

The practice has very helpful staff and veterinarians who are both professional and kind. The atmosphere is very reassuring, just what you need if you're worrying about a pet.They have a great range of products available, ProActive pet plans to help you save some money and you're able to call the practice very easily to reserve items, resolve queries etc.All my vet appointments here were effective and helpful and the veterinarians always have your pet's best interest in mind.Would definitely recommend this practice to pet owners!

The doctor was fantastic with our cat and he was super helpful and informative. The visit was not stressful at all. Great experience

Got treatment here for my dog in 2021, all was fine. It is 2023 and I am STILL getting emails that there is an outstanding balance to pay for. I have already paid this and showed them my receipt and they keep sending me emails saying I have an outstanding balance. Funnily enough, the outstanding balance in each email is different every time! It’s like they are trying to scam me into paying more for a treatment I paid for already in 2021! Now I’m getting emails from debt collectors so they’ve passed on my personal details wrongfully to another company. Your IT department needs to fix this error in the system so that I don’t get spammed with emails anymore saying that I need to pay for something that I already paid for with proof. I don’t even live in the UK anymore!

Dr Martin is a Cat Whisperer! He was absolutely brilliant and thorough professional.Explained all the details and handled the pet with so much of care. Jess at the reception is so friendly and caring.A big thank you for your service and will highly recommend this practice.

They're so welcoming and patient. Always on time. I've been coming here for 7 years and there's never been a single issue, just fabulous service.

I would like to thank all the staff here for always taking extra special care for our dog and always being helpful and with a smile on their face. Our dog, Ivy, is the happiest puppy and she has been always treated like royalty when visiting the veterinary clinic. We highly recommend this place, very professional and friendly staff, the doctor is amazing and you can see his love and devotion towards animals.

My cat is registered at GVG Hackney, but I booked her into the Plaistow branch for spaying because they had better availability. I wouldn't usually leave a review but Kim the nurse is fantastic - honestly the best service I've ever received at a vet - she was so friendly and really took the time to talk me through everything and discuss any questions. Highly recommend.
