Love this place. I've been going there for about 15 years. Love donating to the blind having a partly sighted daughter. It is great because you never know who you're donating to when they're shaking boxes in town. I know where it's going, and plus, walk away with something. Oh, staff are great have a laugh always smiling

When taking in donation was asked by a young guy what I was bringing in.i told him CDs and DVDs.he then abruptly said we don't want any Dvds.i would expect more friendly customer service.how ungrateful.i certainly will not be using this place again.

Regular quality donations to the shop, unfortunately in my opinion staff are unpolite and ignorant, and unhelpful rather than greeting you and apricating your support more interested in scrutinising and asking questions about your items disappointing!
