Me and my grandma got stuck in the lift for well over 30 minutes. It might sound small but I dread to think how horrific it must be for someone who 1. Is by themselves and doesn’t have someone there to comfort them and 2. Doesn’t have a mobile phone as the emergency service button wasn’t working. It’s disgraceful and for people who are experiencing onset dementia and that happen to them I dread to think how distressing that must be for them. I am only writing this so it gets sorted, so no one else has to deal with this. It’s lucky that I had a mobile phone to call someone, otherwise I dread to think how someone without a means.to call for help would be able to get out. Please make sure this never happens again for the sake of your residents.

Reported a problem with water coming in through my bedroom ceiling twice now. Still no reply, calling again and no one answers the phones!!

Brilliant housing association some wonderful properties in Leeds 17 .A very caring organization.

They are really good and helpful the only thing that lets them down is repairs can take years

I was working their but impressed with how big and how clean it was great for the resident's.

Comfortable, secure managed living spaces for able bodied retirees

It's freezing cold I have a 4 year old rang up as my boiler isn't working, all I got was nothing till I rang up and she said oh you have been put on the list they will come to you as we have 13 other emergency, OK fine but I have a child and my flat i's freezing, they need more repair people working for them thus is stupid
