The worst emergency dentist appointment ever. This man is rude and clearly does not care about his patients.He Told me I had nothing wrong with my tooth, A week later I went to my actual dentist at the clock and turns out I have a cavity and need 2 wisdom teeth removed. Save your teeth and go somewhere else!

My 9 year old daughter had an appointment the dentist was very rude and made my daughter who has an abscess really upset and distraught. Nothing was done and was told she needs to wait to have her teeth extracted for it to go away. This has left my daughter upset, in pain and scared about going to dentists again. 1 star is being generous

Went here as an emergency. This man was so rude and humiliated me in front of my friend. I was in tears. He was moaning about previous patient to the receptionist whilst treating me. I would never go back and never recommend. Now at the clock dentist and they're so brilliant even with nervous patients like me.

This man is very rude and obnoxious, unless of course you are a paying customer. If you are NHS you are never seen on time and the service from Mr Parnell is degrading. Wish I could find another NHS dentist in Weymouth.

He was rude and just made me feel unfortable also I asked if it would be painful he said no so I had no anestictic for my drilling which was awful I did scream rather loud. Dissapointed in the service provided ! Wouldnt reccomend unless in agony like I was.

Absolutely amazing man. Went in as emergency with split tooth. Once their discovered my wisdom tooth had a massive hole. I opted to have that one out as well to save myself issues in the future.I had to have anesthetic injection and absolutely terrified of needles. But I didn't feel a thing. He was so kind and helpful.I'm normally scared of dentists, I have autism and asbergers but was completely put at ease by the amazing service I got.I highly recommend Brian parnell. He's been an absolute godsend.After 3 days of agonising pain I now feel amazing. No swelling and healing perfectly. I'm so so grateful for not only the wonderful work he did but also for how kind and welcoming they all are.If I had a choice he'd be my permanent dentist. In 40 years I've not ever felt that comfortable with a dentist. Or been treated so well.My most sincere thank you to him and his staff. Could not recommend him enough.

Brian's service is outstanding. He is always extremely professional and courteous. His jovial manner really does help put you at ease. I have been a patient for thirty two years and have no hesitation in recommending him. His patient and sympathetic approach is also extended to children which, thankfully, means a trip to the dentist for my son has been a far less daunting process than it might otherwise have been.

Have just been for my 6 monthly check-up today with Brian Parnell at his practice in Weymouth. A friendly and efficient service yet again from Brian and all his staff. Thanks.

Brian is an excellent dentist who always has conducted himself in a professional and caring manner. I would thoroughly recommend him as a dentist.

I agree with the other negative comments. I will never return. Mr Parnell was unprofessional and rude. I gave him the benefit of the doubt when I first saw him as an emergency. My follow up appt was just as bad. He also got me mixed up with another patient - who I happened to know.
