The service and customer care we received was great. The reception team where friendly and polite, also very honest and only recommended work required, at no time did they try to force us to have unnecessary jobs carried out. Lastly the vehicle was ready for collection at the time they said it would be.Very reccomended

DO NOT USE THIS GARAGE THEY ARE A BUNCH OF COWBOYS! Took our car to them and they replaced the steering rack which went wrong within a few weeks. They also created a load of error messages which were not there before we dropped the vehicle. Had to fight for them to look at this problem. Eventually they agreed to look at it but wanted to charge us to do the replacement rack again. They kept our car for 3 weeks and we had to pay for cabs to the station every day due to the delay of the repairs which we were told should have taken 2 to 3 days. Picked the car up again and more error messages followed the day we picked the car up. Some of these were safety issues and they refused to take ownership for these. They once again wanted to charge us to repair an issue that they had created. We do not trust them to touch our car anymore as everytime we drop our car they create more issues and hold the car for longer than is necessary. If I could give them zero stars then I would. Please take your car to a reputable garage as this garage is completely incompetent. They do not have a clue what they are doing and cannot be trusted.

Went to a few places before EV Tech and MOT and other places were unable to fix the issue. The team at EV Tech new exactly what the issue was and was fixed in 3 hours. And now I have a fully working electric driver seat again. The whole team was great, showed videos etc of the work they carried out too. Will be back if I have any other issues! Highly recommend!

BEWARE! THESE PEOPLE WILL RUIN YOUR CAR! I would give it negative stars if there was an option.EV Tech have no idea what they are doing. We had a problem with our electric mirrors and they did a diagnostic test and advised it needed a fuse which they would order and we needed to return the following weekend back to the garage so they could fix it once the spare part had arrived. We took the car the following weekend on Saturday morning, in WORKING CONDITION. One hour later, they handed the car back to us saying it could not be repaired as the issue was much bigger. It would suddenly cost £1,200 to repair. So my husband asked for the report which they refused to give unless we paid them £70 (FOR A REPORT - which proves they were lying and trying to rip us off) so my husband refused as it seemed they had no idea what they were doing since this issue was not there as per their previous diagnostic report. When my husband started driving, the car would not start. So my husband went back to the garage and they said they had no idea what had happened (3rd time thief story has changed) the spare part they had ordered was not even fitted. Bear in mind, we had taken the car in full working condition and it was ruined to the point where it would not even drive. The garage refused to take any accountability and would not give us the report either as scared of getting caught out. We had to get the car towed back home on Saturday evening. My husband got the car towed to the BMW dealership on Monday (who repaired it and advised that the issue was the fuse had been fitted in the wrong place hence the car had stopped working).We sent this report to EV and they had the cheek to suggest we had done it. Why would we want to ruin our own car? We asked for a full refund as we would not have wasted a whole day waiting for the car to be towed and all the cost afterwards had it not been for EV and they put the phone down on us. We emailed them a few times and they have not responded let alone refund us for the cost and inconvenience they caused us as a result of not knowing what they were doing.Do yourself a favour and avoid these cowboy mechanics who will instead of repairing, actually ruin your car and then blame anyone but themselves to cover up. Stay clear. We will also be reporting this to the regulatory body as this garage should not even be operational. It is a place to go to get your car damaged rather than repaired.Update - Your response is total lie. You are real scammers. How would I be able to bring the car into your garage if it was not in a working condition. Lift it up with my little finger and bring it in? my car was in a working condition when we brought it in. Your garage damaged it to the point it would not start.I can only warn people not to get scammed by this garage who damage the cars and then claim someone else did it and they did not touch it. I have a report from BMW dealership so now this Garage is trying to falsify BMW as well.Stay clear!

Garage is completely disgusting. No update, no answer about costs. I try to call few times for any updates but no body answer, completely ignored.About a price Lady from reception spoke about different price and boss spoke about triple price higher. NOT RECOMMENDED THIS GARAGE!Update: My car was repaired in different garage cost was 250£ in this one was (in total) 1500£

The team were keen to help with a few issues with my Audi a5, and although it took a few visits to rectify my re-illuminating engine light, as well as some other issues being identified throughout my journey with this garage, I was impressed at the efficiency and knowledge of the mechanics. It was clear that they were aware of my frustration at points, and I felt that they dealt with me very professionally, offering me good advice with my car from the start. Will definitely use this garage again and recommend!!

Only had my car 9 months and I had problem after problem. I took my car to a few mechanics but all fobbed me off or said they couldn't do the work. EV took the time to diagnose the issues properly (DPF blocked which had caused the turbo to fail, which wouldn't have been the case had other mechanics done their job properly). They explained to me in detail what the car needed and why and called me with updates throughout the process. The technician who worked on my car is one of a kind - honest and fantastic at his job. Such lovely guys, really appreciate their hard work and how they kept within the price they quoted. I picked up my car cleaner then I left it too! The best in Harlow. I won't be taking my car anywhere else from now on.

I needed a small fitting for a DAF truck's hydraulic clutch which I went to multiple shops trying to find with no success, I popped into this garage on the off chance and the guy was only to happy to help taking time out of his day to try and find something that would work for me, he even loaned me a whole box of fittings to take away and try, some of which I was able to use to get the truck fixed. Thank you so much for your time and thank you for loaning the box of fittings, you sir are a Legend! This garage deserves my 5 star review, they're fantastic!!

Approached the guys with a challenge ( a Hummer H2 SUT ) as my rear view window on the back of my truck goes up and down like a side window... however it had got stuck fully open so I needed them to either fix the regulator or manually raise the window. The guys ended up taking it apart, finding a block/jam and clearing it to get it working again. I was also advised on the parts I would need should it ever fail for any other reasons. The guys did the work promptly, were very helpful with updating as the process went along. I major problem for me was an easy task for the guys and made me confident in using the team again should I ever need to.All round great service!J
