OMG I love my lashes!Highly recommend this boutique salon! I’ve been a customer here for 4.5 years and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. My lashes are perfect each and every time! Ignore the rubbish some people have written below because if I have ever had an issue with lashes it’s been resolved promptly!

Only put one star as it wouldn’t let me leave Zero. This is the first negative review I have EVER written for any business but having seen all the other negative reviews I now see why I felt so strongly that I should do! After a rude receptionist booked me an appointment today at 3.30 (I only made the appointment 2 hours earlier) I turned up for my appointment and there was no one there! The poor hair dresser working next door was so embarrassed apologetic she told me the lash tec had gone home and she asked her if she’d cancelled her appointment with me (it clearly showed in the book along with my phone number) but no! Over priced, rude staff without the common decency to provide the service THEY booked me in for. Shocking customer service STAY AWAY from this place.

THIEVES. DO NOT BOOK HERE. Safe to say the quality & customer service here has completely deteriorated this year compared to the once excellent service they used to provide. The prices however have not decreased and are in no way justified. I have persevered with this salon as I have been having my lashes done here for 5 years, the first 4 years flawlessly. However my last straw is that I paid my deposit for an appointment, and when I turned up there was no lash tech there. I was given no notice of a cancelled appointment & this was one day before I went on holiday. I luckily managed to find another last minute option. It has now been a month and I have been unable to received a refund for the deposit I paid, and the manager has not been contactable. I can see from other reviews this is a common issue. It is completely unacceptable to take money from people & not provide a service, then refuse to issue refunds or even acknowledge people’s complaints. I am considering taking this further as this is theft & completely unprofessional.

I have shoulder length hair normally and Extensionique have given me the best quality 20inch Russian extensions that blend perfectly. Hair was ordered straight away and arrived in the Salon 2-3 weeks later and they fitted me in the same day the hair was delivered. My hair was styled and trimmed how I wanted it and they provided a full service. I'm so happy and confident with my new extensions! thank you so much. Ignore bad reviews!

AWFUL!!!!!!I cannot believe this place is still open!!!I had extensions done a few years back, I treated myself with my first ever wage from my new job (I was only an apprentice so literally spent my whole months money on this).I went in for a consultation and paid for better quality hair at 22”.The hair came within a couple of weeks and I booked an appointment straight away (a red flag that I see now as no place that’s good should be free immediately!).After sitting in the chair for over 5 hours I wasn’t pleased with how they look but I was young and felt intimidated so I left.When I got home I couldn’t actually believe the state of my hair, it felt like horse hair and honestly looked like I had a wig on underneath my actual hair! Not to mention the pain either.I called the salon to explain that I wasn’t happy and booked to go back a week later to have more fitted.After walking away from another 2 hours in the chair, still in pain and my hair looking no different.I ended up wearing my hair in a plait for 3 months and taking them out myself because they looked so awful - my confidence was at an all time low.DO NOT USE!!!! READ THE REVIEWS!!!

Love my hair, love the staff, love the salon… love love love!Highly recommend micro ring hair extensions as they are non damaging and my hair has grown over the past 3 years of having them! Started with having a full head and now I just have 50gs for thickness!

I have never shared a review on one of these things before my whole life but I couldn't help but do so to avoid other people feeling my disappointment. Just do not book here for eyelash extensions AT ALL, the lady completely ignored what I asked for , all the lashes going in different directions , completely uneven, one eye is double the thickness to the other one, and look like someone who isn't even trained has done them, nothing like the images on their Instagram & website and not to mention they took 3 hours to do and cost £80!! I go on holiday tomorrow and am completely gutted. Very unhappy and won't be returning. Do not waste your money here.

I do not recommend this site at all! careful ladies, bad eyelashes treatment and no professionals at all. After lying to me that I was going to receive my eyelash treatment with the worker I chose on the website, they acted unprofessional and refused to refund my money. I've been calling them for weeks and they don't want to pick up the phone. They told me that the girl who did my lashes was on vacation when in fact she didn't work there anymore. They took my money and cheated me by treating me very badly, especially the owner of this place. Also, this was the second time they did it to me. The first time they made me believe that the worker was still there, another girl did my eyelashes and what a horror! They fell off a few days later and the girl was not professional at all.

Paid the £25 deposit at booking as stated, but when I arrived for my booking, I was told that the lady doing the lashes was running 30/45 min late and I would need to wait. The lady was taking just under an hour and a half to do the appointments as she was new. I told them I was not able to wait that long as I needed to collect my children from school and that I had booked an hour long appointment not an appointment that took that long. I needed my lashes doing on the day as I was leaving for holiday the next day. I asked to be refunded as I could not and did not want to reschedule. I asked for my deposit to be returned as this was no fault of my own but was refused saying that I could come back at 5pm to have them done (could not do that either due to childcare) or reschedule, which is of no interest to me as I needed them done prior to my holiday - the reason I was doing them.The manager flatly refused to give my money back even though the fault was theirs.Just wanted to share my experience.
