Step First Podiatry

First class and friendly service every time . . .- I go to Step First Podiatry purely because I feel it is important to look after my feet, not really because I have a particular issue. However on my last visit I mentioned that I had been suffering from plantar fasciitis and how miserable it was making me feel as I enjoy walking for exercise - I had suffered for months and tried all the usual remedies. Lynn mentioned a new laser machine she had purchased and I thought it was worth giving it a go although I really wasn’t expecting a miracle. I actually have been scared to say it out loud, in case it came back, but the laser treatment sorted me out straight away and this is now at least 3 months down the line. As mentioned, I had tried all sorts of things prior to that and had resigned myself to the fact that it can take awhile to go away. Honestly, based on my own experience, I cannot recommend highly enough that you try it for yourself - it certainly worked for me.

My mum and I have been attending the clinic for a number of years and the service from Louise is outstanding. As my mum always says Louise is so gentle and does a fantastic job in keeping our feet in great shape. The whole team are so friendly and welcoming when we arrive and I would highly recommend Louise and the services of Step First Podiatry.

Superb service. I received the laser treatment for a difficult and painful foot issue (from an accident), which could have impacted my mobility for many months, and the laser treatment sorted it quickly. Everyone in the clinic is very friendly and professional; I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

Absolutely amazing service. I have been struggling with plantar fasciitis for nearly a year. I work 12.5 hour shifts in a hospital so I am on my feet allday. The pain I had in my foot was excruciating. I found step first podiatry after researching a few places. Sam was absolutely amazing and he treated me with the laser therapy machine, I had about 5 sessions and he fitted my footwear with some proper insoles. I am now pain free and have been for months. I couldn't recommend this service enough.

I have been treated by Step First Podiatry for a number of years on a regular basis for a nail cut and a general ‘tidy up’. In addition they treated both big toes for in growing nails, what a superb job, without any pain at all. It is a couple of years since and I am totally free from any kind of discomfort. It is a truly professional set up with highly skilled and pleasant staff.

I have moved with the practice from Cambridge road to their new premises. Having been this morning for yet another first class treatment, I couldn’t recommend them enough. Lynn is always at the end of the phone if you need help. The practice is so friendly and welcoming. Just give them a try and you won’t be disappointed.
