The experience of dealing with Kappion was absolutely first class. From my initial enquiry, through order, survey and installation every step was faultless. Everything was delivered to time and with high quality and I was kept informed of progress throughout. The product, a fixed canopy, looks fantastic and is of a quality that will last for years - we are very happy with it. I would recommend Kappion and will definitely use them again for a carport.

We had two quotes and Kappion whilst not the cheapest initially with measurements I provided, once they came out and did their survey the price reduced which I thought was really fair. It was then about the same as the other quote but it was clear straight away their product was superior. The communication throughout from Kappion was excellent.The virtual you tube video was brilliant to see what it would look like.When the team arrived to erect I couldn't fault them, very quick and tidy, the carport looks like it's been there for years, it fits in so well and provides perfect protection for the campervanI was initially a little reluctant to pay for the survey but I'm glad I did ( it's refunded if you buy product) .I would definitely recommend 100%

From our first conversation, to the day the fitters left us with our completed STUNNING carport, Kappion have been absolutlely fantastic. We didn't make life easy for them by making changes, asking questions, delaying completion of the Larch infills (due to our busy bricklayer) but at no time did they make us we feel we were a nuisance.This company know how to employ good people, how to provide a good product & how to put the customer first.These carports are not cheap, however they are definately not overpriced. The space it has created at the side of our home has in-effect given us another room & one that has been much admired by everyone who has seen it.We can definately recommend Kappion Carports & Canopies.Customer Service 100% & Product Design & Quality 100%.If you choose Kappion, you won't be disappointed.

We are delighted with the canopy that was installed this week.The canopy covers the area between the kitchen and the garage and, after a survey, a design was produced for our approval which absolutely accommodated the irregular shape and the challenge this presented. The design, standard of manufacture and the installation were excellent and it was all kept to the budget and within the estimated time for the process.The team at Kappion were all efficient, they answered any questions promptly and both the admin and installation staff were a pleasure to deal with. I recommend very highly.

Over the past two days, 21-22 September 2020, Kappion have installed a bespoke, L-shaped carport/canopy for me, bringing to a very satisfying conclusion what has been, from initial enquiry through to final installation, a thoroughly pleasant and well organised experience. Particular thanks to fitters Riley and Matt, who worked really hard to complete the installation to a very high standard (in only half of the original three-day estimate), and were friendly and polite throughout. They were a pleasure to have around, in fact, and I only wish that all tradesmen could be so courteous and professional. Highly recommended.

We are extremely pleased with our Kappion canopy, it looks and feels great, just like walking into an outside room. Tim and Issie couldn't have been more helpful, communication was great at every stage of the design and manufacturing process. The fitters worked extremely hard and were a pleasure to work with. We have rarely had such incredible service from a company as we have had with Kappion. The quality and design of our carport couldn't be better. They were professional from the start to completion with so much information and help. We have never had a company that were always so prompt in answering phone calls and emails. Alex and Leon did a fantastic job of erecting our carport and clearing away all waste on completion and it was a pleasure to watch two guys that really knew what they were doing instead of the more usual bodge merchants that we have often had the displeasure to meet on other projects.We thoroughly recommend Kappion.
