Booked appointment. Was attended to straight away. Staff had their ppe on. Very professional made aware of the health and safety. As I scanned the salon it was clean and the screening was effective. The products that was used was of good quality. I would visit again as it was good value. Manager and staff thank you for the experience.

Jenny was fantastic and very professional. She cut and styled my hair how I liked it and gave me hair advice. Would highly recommend:)

Great place really worth a visit if you’re looking for a new hairdresser. She is fantastic and saved my hair who someone else totally ruined. She is an absolute professional and takes care of you 100%. Her color correction was totally amazing and I had a great time too.

Had a really bad experience with the lash technician Rena at the salon I would not recommend please avoid. I had my eyelashes done by her which took over 2 and a half hours the lash technician advised that due to the temperature in the salon the glue was not sticking very well and that her manager had basically forced her to be out in a hot salon because she needs to be visible. Rena used a fan for the whole treatment which I have never seen before and should have been a red flag. The lash technician then concluded by saying this is not my best work. It was less than 24 hours where I could see how bad her work was as all my eyelashes started falling out this has never happened to me before and I have been getting my eyelashes done for the last 9 years. I raised my concerns with Rena and showed her evidence that all the lashes had fallen out. Despite Rena claiming she is independent to the salon she contacted me and advised that her and the staff felt I needed to pay a further £30 for her to correct her work. This did not make sense to me especially as she had highlighted that the temperature was not right so impacted the glue setting (she should have been experienced enough to make a judgement as an experienced lash technician she claims to be to rearrange the appointment or move me to a room that was cooler) and also her recognising that her work was of a poor standard. Please do not make the mistake I made I’ve just lost £65 down the drain avoid! Unfortunately it appears they care more about getting money out of people than customer service and accepting when they’ve messed up

Booked through the Facebook page which was easy to do. Was a little early but was seen straight away by Scarlett. Had my eye brows waxed and tinted. Very pleased with the results. Will definitely be going there again!

A great studio, the girls are really nice, friendly and helpful, they do a range of beauty things from nails, hair, eyebrows there's a sunbed and lots more, the shop is clean and tidy I would definitely recommend a visit, phone or visit Website to see what other interesting things they do.

My first time here and I was impressed. Staff friendly and professional. I will definitely be going again.
