Needed my phone repaired very quickly before work today he said take him 15 mins I said please make it quicker he done it in less than 10 mins very happy bit pricey but worth it as was very desperate and needed it done asap

Brought an IPad to the shop that needed some work done to it. Not only did the gentleman repair it to a high standard but he also explained the process to me so that I was comfortable with the work being carried out. 10/10 will definitely come here again in the future

I broke my phone (Samsung Zflip 4) last night and came here, they were amazing. I was really nervous and the staff could tell, and did their best to calm me down. They even gave me a temporary phone to use whilst they fixed mine. It only took them about 6 hours to fix it. These guys are lifesavers and I will always recommend them. Thank you so much!!

Quite a disappointing experience. Took in an old iPhone which I stopped using because of water damage 4 years ago. The phone turned on recently and looked ok however when locked the touch screen became unresponsive. Had some old photos on there so took to shop thinking it would be an easy fix. Shop employee try to get it working but failed, asked me to leave it with him to send to an engineer to resolve the problem (which he seemed confident about). Told me it would take 2-3 days to fix. After 2 and half weeks of me calling for updates and getting fobbed off over the phone and hung up on, I went in shop to collect and was given an iPhone which had a sticker on the back with someone else’s name on it and a “not fixable” sticker on the front. Now the phone won’t turn on at all. I was told that the water damage got worse when they tried to fix it, which I find very hard to believe.Assuming useful parts were taken without my knowledge and replaced with fault ones as they deemed the iPhone old and not worthy of fixing. So I went from having a phone which just needed to be unlocked to a phone that won’t turn on. From my experience I would highly recommend not leaving your phone in this shop…

My phone was non repairable according to the big brand phone stores. This meant I wouldn't have been able to get back any unbacked up stuff. This shop was able to fix my phone and kindly burrowed me a phone untill mine was repaired. When I had a problem with my phone a few days after picking it up, they told me to bring the phone back to take a look at the problem. They also gave me helpful advice and future reccomendations to get the best use out of my phone and recommended contracts to go for etc. They was very helpful and I am very pleased I got back all my stuff. If a phone is worth repairing they will try everything and will be honest if something is not worth fixing. Great service

Not a good experience here at all! Took my iPad in for a new screen that had broken around the button. Replaced quickly at £100 so I though, this place is ok. 9 days later the new screen broke in exactly the same place. Took it back and the guys is just not interested, says I must have broken it, offered a 20% discount. No thanks! I’ll take it somewhere more professional this time. Serve me right for trying to help local businesses. Funny thing , I should have realised as there was another couple in the store arguing over something when I collected it.

Absolute Joke.... Customer service what's that? Bought a phone for £130 decided not to use it, called them back they said yes you can return it. Took it back after 28 days (Law says the return period is 30 days) and surprise surprise soke little boy at the counter said can't return exchange only as its been over 14 days.... pointed out that the law in this country says 30 days they were still adamant that they not gonna take ot back and the little one got a bit shirty with me too..... Don't buy from these thieves please save yourself the hassle and but from a reputable company not these crooks. I am taking them to trading standards. See you soon little one

Super fast service for repairing my iPhone charging port and very reasonable price. Would definitely recommend this place on the Farnham Road
