So many positives - not sure where to start!Our spa was delivered to our remote location. 2 people supported the install from these guys, and they truly made it an enjoyable install. They showed genuine care for the product, care for the garden, care for everything that they saw or came into touch with.They wholly respected the COVID restrictions (we were outside)!The team talked us through the chemical process and the simplicity of the maintaining the sap in tip top shape!They came, they delivered, they installed, they left and the next day gave us a quick call to make sure everything was ok!They were just lovely to be around and like I said at the beginning, so many positives where to start.We L O V E our spa from Arctic Spas and these installers made it that little bit better!Ignore our grass... its still recovering from the building work!

From the very first time we went to enquire about purchasing a hot tub we were impressed by the knowledge Martin had whilst talking us through all types of their hot tubs. There was no pressure into purchasing from them but we wanted a quality hot tub that would last us for years and a local contact who we could contact with any questions. We were kept up to date on a regular basis with regard to delivery date. Prior to delivery Martin put me in touch with an electrician and landscaper who could prepare our garden for our hot tub. On day of deliver both Martin and his wife Claire helped to instal our hot tub and stayed until it was almost full of water and explained all chemicals needed to ensure water was kept to correct level as well as leaving us with various chemicals free of charge.We have contacted Martin on numerous ocassions with questions and he has always replied promptly even popping out to check our hot tub.We cannot recommend this company enough for quality of hot tubs and customer service. My artic spa hot tub is 7 years old and required a new pump as well as a new display panel. Some of my lights were also out.I found Arctic Spas Clydeside on the Web having searched for a few weeks for a Scottish company who could repair my tub. A new company based in Lanarkshire was welcomed. After discussing on the phone with Martin my requirements. He got the parts I needed and arranged to repair my tub.He spent alot of time fixing my tub and gave plenty on tips and info on the upkeep.Very professional and prompt service. I will definitely useARTIC SPAS CLYDESIDE again for my serive and repairs in the future.

We inherited a 20 year old arctic spa when we bought our new house in Perthshire. Despite being a considerable distance away Martin at Arctic Spas came to check it and we agreed a renovation plan.
